    Digital Content Writer

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and generate ideas for new content types.
    • Write clear, concise, and interesting copies to promote clients’ brands.
    • Prepare well-structured drafts using content management systems.
    • Edit and proofread content before sending it out for further work.
    • Ensure consistency in style, tone, and voice across all content channels for each brand.
    • Optimize content for search engines and user experience when writing blog articles.
    • Distribute content through various platforms, such as social media, email, or the web.
    • Work with feedback from different stakeholders and use such information to make improvements as required.
    • Create social media calendars, including copies and captions.
    • Create weekly content for our church brands. This includes getting sermon quotes and creating content around the sermon for the accounts.
    • Write newsletters for the company and different clients as assigned.
    • Check our scheduling tool for insights that will be used to create better content in the future.
    • Understand and create content strategies, as well as convert them into quality content to improve engagement and generate more impression

     

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in English or related field.
    • Proven track record as a Digiter content writer.
    • 1-2 years experience in content writing.
    • Excellent writing skills
    • Experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
    • Teachability
    • Highly skilled in relationship management
    • Highly skilled in resource management
    • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
    • Familiarity with human resources and customer service procedur

    Content Editor

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Ensure individuals deliver content in the highest quality possible
    • Ensure content is well edited and vetted before sending out or publishing
    • Ensure thorough editing of different forms of content, including written text, audio, video, designs, etc.
    • Adequate knowledge of SEO and content optimization practices
    • Continually develop and review content guidelines and editing guidelines
    • Proofreading, editing, and vetting all forms of content
    • Publishing content on different platforms.
    • Reviewing staged and scheduled content
    • Manage content schedules and deadlines
    • Ability to manage our team of content developers and writers
    • Ability to develop and manage content workflows across the organization
    • Ability to develop and manage editorial calendars
    • Ability to adhere to style guidelines
    • Edit and optimize content while tracking analytics
