    Administrative Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Answer and direct phone calls.
    • Organize and schedule appointments.

    Motor Binder Operator

    Duties

    • Motor Binder Operators are tasked with setting up, monitoring, and maintaining machines and equipment used in theproduction lines.
    • He/ She is esponsible for feeding raw materials into machines, operating machines, making minor repairs, replacing parts, and testing finished materials for compliance.
    • Perform machine setups, operate the collator/binder, and perform quality inspections.

    Requirements

    • Candidates must possess an educational background with a Degree in Engineering, Construction or related fields.

    • Candidates must have experience working in a Steel production Company and must have experience operating binding machines for steel production.
    • Candidates Must have good communication skills and be ready to work.

    Rewinder (Genset Aftersales)

    Job Description

    • Inspection at sites big/ small capacities and determine the fault.
    • Dismantling of alternator to do full check on the affected parts.
    • Rewinding of the alternator parts (stator, exciter).
    • Servicing of alternator/ electrical motors.

    Requirements

    • OND in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering background or related field.
    • 1 - 3 years work experience.
    • Daily reports.
    • Multitasking.
    • Team leader.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Ideal candidates should have experience in genset (after sales) in the following areas:
    • Customer service.
    • Managing teams - Aftersales support/experience.
    • Generating set knowledge Technical knowledge on the product to be able to support the teams.

    Cold Saw Operator

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • To operate the Cold saw as per standard working procedures.
    • Monitor various monitors, graphs and be able to modify the lengths to ensure good Quality.
    • Communicate upstream and downstream to ensure optimal operating conditions and reducing delays.
    • To be aware of safe procedures required operating and stop/shutdown the Cold saw equipment.
    • Monitor all area for any defects or fault and feedback to required personnel.
    • To prepare and make the Saws as requirements.

    Requirements and Skills

    • HND / B.Sc in Engineering.
    • 2 - 4 years of experience in Cold Saw Operation.
    • Knowledge on basic principles of mill process automation.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Good written and spoken English skills.
    • Communication skills.
    • Skill to watch monitor, computer or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly and cutting lengths obtained.
