    Administrative Manager

    Candidate duties include:

    • Managing overall administrative activities for the office
    • Responsible for day-to-day facility operations
    • Supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas &  equipment
    • Purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment, etc for staff
    • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events

    Junior Sales Representative

    Our client, a leading importer and distributor of chemical fertilizers in Nigeria is looking to hire the services of Junior Sales representatives.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Set up Monthly Sales target Plan and Sales Reporting
    • Stay up to date on current market trends.
    • Find new prospect customers and attract them to confirm
    • Maintain a good relationship with the customer
    • Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers.
    • Establish and Maintain sales objectives, strategy and plans
    • Review each salesman’s performance and feedback
    • Monitoring delivery of product to customers

    Requirements:

    • Agronomy/Agriculture degree is preferred
    • General computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
    • Proven sales experience in an agronomy-related role is preferred
    • Strong product background and knowledge
    • Proven track record of winning business and developing accounts
    • Ability to motivate and coach individuals
    • Ambitious and progressive outlook
    • Proven experiences in fertilizer Field.

    Business Manager(Automobile)

    Location: Palmgroove, Lagos.

    Responsibilities

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and leading company's operations and employees.
    • Designing business strategies and managing all day-to-day operations to guarantee company's efficiency.

    Export Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Should have excellent knowledge from raising NXP requests to Ness payments, CCI, SGD;
    • Should be able to leverage contacts within the port, customs, and inspection agent offices to reduce transit time.
    • Negotiate and manage export carrier contracts, trucking, full container loads, LCL, and airfreight.
    • Manage and maintain the record-keeping requirements of all import/export documentation in compliance with CBP and other government agencies.
    • Streamline logistics management by designing, developing, and programming web-based applications for preparing shipping quotes and managing export documents.
    • Full air and ocean (FCL and LCL) export operations by using available software.
    • Enforce mandatory Nigerian customs regulations.
    • Execute export and customs documentation as well as submissions for government approval.
    • Establish Incoterms for shipments that comply with the transfer of ownership and liability agreements between shipper and consignee.
    • Evaluate and improve international documentation processes.
    • Facilitating audits, training employees, and ensuring compliance with security regulations.
    • Maintain key customer information including billing and shipment history.

    Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc. Degree
    • 3-5 years of experience as Export Manager in Nigeria
    • Excellent communication skills
