    Branch Manager

    Job Description

    • The Branch Manager is the Chief Executive Officer of the Branch. Reporting to the Executive Director- Business Development, and effectively to the Chief Executive Officer and with matrix reporting to Group Head of HR, the role holder will lead and motivate the staff within the branch in driving strategic initiatives as communicated by the Executive, to meet activity & revenue by maximizing new business opportunities in their catchment areas, deepening existing relationships and delivering exceptional cus- tomer experience.
    • The incumbent has overall accountability for people management in the branch and must drive behaviors, aligned to our core values to enable optimal performance of the staff allocated to them and service quality to clients. In line with this, the role holder will groom and develop talents for building bench strengths.
    • The Branch Manager will have the ultimate responsibility of running their branch as a profitable value center, ensuring efficient utilization of the resources allocated to them while driving the revenue targets and living the company's values.

    Requirements
    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
    • Master's degree will be an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • 15 years of sales, marketing, or business management experience.
    • Branch management experience in a Financial Institution or related sector can be an advantage

    Company Secretary / Legal Adviser

    Job Description

    • The Company Secretary / Legal Adviser shall take overall responsibility for the coordination of all legal and company secretarial matters relating to the company and ensure the provision of adequate advisory services on all legal issues.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and manage group legal risks.
    • Provide legal advice on the transactions.
    • Manage the company's relationships with external solicitors and ensure that the company is properly represented in all litigations.
    • Provide statutory Company Secretarial services and act as Secretary to the Board of Directors and all standing committees of the company
    • Provide advice on, interpret, and communicate all legal issues, opinions, laws, rules, guidelines, statutes.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Must have a minimum of 10 years of proven post call practice experience.

    Credit Controller / Accountant

    Job Description

    • The Credit Controller is responsible for managing accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
    • This role covers conducting credit checks on new clients, resolving problems in relation to invoice payments, and reconciling complex month-end accounts.
    • They must also report to management on outstanding issues, whilst highlighting potential problems.
    • The role is responsible for every aspect of the daily and monthly financial accounting process.

    Qualification

    Job Description

    • The Manager, Learning & Development will assess learning and performance develop- ment needs for the company and is accountable for partnering with business line and department leaders to develop, facilitate and manage the execution of training pro- grams that meet the needs of our business units.
    • This individual is also responsible for partnering with department leaders to build and facilitate onboarding, technical and soft-skills training and continuous professional development programs.
    • The successful candidate will design a learning & development curriculum, through a wide variety of programs, that enhances the effectiveness of our workforce and create a best-in-class experience for our associates.
    • This position will require interactions with all levels in the organization. We are looking for an accomplished Learning & Development Manager to provide strategic direction on talent, learning, career, and leadership development.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Increasing individual and general productivity
    • Designing new training strategies
    • Obtain and /or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
    • Train and coaches' managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
    • Plan, organize, facilitate and order supplies for employee development and training events.
    • Develop and maintain organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
    • Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
    • Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
    • Using learning theories to inform the direction of training schemes. Negotiating project budgets and allocating resources to different tasks Designing workshops, e-learning, or seminars to train individuals to perform new or existing tasks in an efficient manner.
    • Managing the succession when long-standing or senior individuals depart Creating measures to evaluate the financial success of a new training scheme.

    Requirements and Skills

    • B.Sc / BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field
    • Professional certification (e.g., CPLP) is a plus
    • Up to 10 years' experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
    • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
    • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
    • Age: 30-45 years.
