    Brand Communication Manager

    Job Brief

    • Our client is recruiting for an exceptional candidate to drive Branding communication operations on behalf of the organization.

    Brand Management:

    Utility Technician (FMCG)

    Job Responsibilities

    • The key responsibilities is to operate and maintain equipment at the utility section by the approved policies & procedures of the company to ensure the availability of quality service to production & other areas of the plant.
    • Operates steam boilers, air compressors, power distribution equipment, AHU, R.Oplant, Air conditioning etc to ensure quality service delivery.
    • Maintain all equipment under utilities to minimise down time. Maintain CO2 acess points as per specification -Must be locked always.
    • Carry out equipment monitoring as per checklist, document findings and recommend actions to be taken. Write equipment shift operation report.
    • Ensure all safety sensors, reflector & safety controls are in good working condition.
    • Use all company provided protective wears and gadgets and comply with all Health and Safety rules

    • Ensure the compliance to good manufacturing practice, food safety practice, good environmental management system, occupational Health and Safety practices in all line activities.
    • Monitor and ensure CCPs critical limits are not exceeded at the Dominik Hunter and Filler. MONITORING of control points, PRPs and oPRPs in beverage manufacture process to prevent food safety related hazards.
    • Any other assigned duties

    Job Requirements

    • Relevant Electrical Certificate or equivalent Certificate Trade Test I, II, III, OND, HND or C&G Part II
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical position in a manufacturing company
    • Good knowledge in air compressors, Generator sets, AHU, R.O plant, Air- Conditioning
    • Appropriate command and use of the English language-Spoken and written
    • Significant experience with a measure of cost reduction initiatives within a manufacturing environment
    • Good understanding and experience of current manufacturing methodologies
    • Good oral communication, influencing and relationship skills
    • Good analytical skills.

    I.T. Support Engineer (Sophos Experience)

    About the Job

    • As the I.T Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to support our customers and learn cutting edge technologies in the dynamic software security space.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide Sophos customers with technical support within the defined parameters of Sophos satisfaction and covering our network products.
    • Provide advanced troubleshooting via remote sessions to modify customer’s environment towards a resolution that include, but are not limited to: installation issues, best practice configuration, network troubleshooting, Windows, Linux, Mac and Unix OS configuration.
    • Handle technical escalations within team response/resolution targets.
    • Provide team leader/manager feedback with regards to technical support procedures and policies with the goal of improving overall customer satisfaction as well as engineer efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc. / HND in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
    • 1-2 years’ experience in the IT field, including experience as a Systems/Network Administrator, or a technical support role supporting Systems/Network administrators.
    • Experience with security products, such as Firewalls, IPsec, IDS/IPS, Anti -Spam, Anti-Virus, Web Security proxies, Email Security filters, VPNs.
    • Experience with Linux operating systems through the command line level
    • Experience with active directory (or any LDAP variant) group policy configuration and deployment.
    • Experience with cloud virtualization such as Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure.
    • The ability to work with complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires review.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, inspiring confidence while leading customers through the steps to resolve issues via phone and email.
    • Applicants must be resident around Surulere and environs for proximity purpose.
