About the Job

We seek a proactive and dedicated Executive Assistant to support all tasks within our daily operations at Biz Afric. The Executive Assistant shall be mainly focused on carrying out administrative duties including but not limited to, the preparation of documents, managing email correspondences, attending to customer service, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate has a good knowledge of writing, analyzing numbers, and presentation. It would be best if they're looking to build a career as a business analyst.

Core Responsibilities

• Managing the CEO’s daily  schedule
• Manage the flow of multi-platform communications to and from the CEO's office
• Taking up tasks from the CEO’s task list and ensuring execution
• Managing email correspondences 
• Managing digital marketing and branding strategy
• Attending meetings on behalf of the CEO (in any capacity)
• Developing and executing presentations

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using TypeScript and React
• Convert existing applications to Progressive Web Apps (PWA)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

Job Requirement

• At least 6 years of experience in TypeScript and React

• Strong understanding of web development fundamentals and best practices
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
