    Consultant, Client Service

    Responsibilities
    Accountable for the smooth running of client’s account. This would involve:

    • Work with GH to develop strategic concepts and projects.
    • Lead in finalising project activity and budget with client.
    • Contribute to client marketing strategy and thinking.
    • Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
    • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
    • Support GH to Create and develop opportunities for growing existing business and seek opportunities to expand scope of paid work on account and value-adds to client.
    • Knowledge of client opinion leader profiles and stakeholders.
    • Demonstrate innovation and creativity beyond client ideas.
    • Encourage team members to fulfill their potential and assume responsibility appropriate to their position.
    • Ensure Associate Consultant and other Client Service team members have agreed role clarity.
    • Other responsibilities may be assigned by the group head

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Public Relation, Mass Communication or related field
    • 3-5 years experience in client service in a brand or public relations industry
    • Preferably Male for gender balance
    • Proven experience as a Client Service consultant in a public relations or Media company.
    • Experience in PR, Brand, media management
    • Proficient in Microsoft office tools.

    IT Support Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure optimal running of internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
    • Setting up new devices and gadgets
    • Installing and updating softwares
    • Setting up email accounts for new staff
    • Provide preventive and corrective maintenance
    • Liaising with internet provider (IPNX) to resolve any internet related issues
    • Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
    • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
    • monitor and maintain computer systems and network
    • Talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
    • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
    • Replace parts as required
    • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
    • Repair faults and replace fittings as required
    • Support the roll-out of new applications
    • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
    • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
    • Ensure tasks are completed
    • Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
    • Test and evaluate new technology
    • Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
    • Rapidly establish a good working relationship with staff and visiting consultants

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Computer Science or Engineering
    • 2-4 years experience in IT support
    • Proficient in operating systems and Troubleshooting.

    Medical Officer
