Summary

• The Creative Designer is responsible for visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the design and production of all online and offline marketing materials.
• Conceptualizing and executing the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns.
• Designing and producing a wide array of media, from eye-catching banners to captivating brochures.
• Generating compelling proposals to showcase our creative prowess.
• Collaborating with the production team members to understand needs, review scripts, design storyboards, and create and edit animations.
• Developing our company brand to increase brand presence.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, and colleagues as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any of field of study.
• 5+ years of hands-on creative design experience.
• Problem-solving skills to tackle creative challenges.
• Proficient in design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro Illustrator, CorelDraw, and Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Strong typography and layout skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical support for live 2G/3G/4G/SRAN Nokia radio products (BSC, RNC, OMS, BTSMED and 2G/3G/4G BTS and SBTS)
• Improve Daily/Weekly routine health check procedure (RNC, BSC and other relative performance monitoring element)
• Monitoring of Radio Access Network (2G/3G/4G/SRAN) and troubleshooting as L2
• Can manage and support subcontractor/partner for on-site troubleshooting, integration
• Identification and prioritization of faults via network alarms: taking decisive steps to ensure appropriate levels of response for fault resolution
• Handling Software upgrade of BSC, RNC, EMS,OMS, SBTS, BTS
• Can initiate and support for customer ticket and coordinate with L3 support team
• Commissioning experiences on BSC,RNC,EMS and Sites
• Classifying and accordingly dispatching alarms to Field Maintenance team.
• Ability to think quickly and calmly when working under pressure.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of 2G/3G/LTE technologies, IP networking.
• At least 2 years of experience in Network Operations and Maintenance.
• Knowledge on SRAN,BSC,RNC,OMS,EMS, NetAct (esp. Monitoring, CM Tool, PM Tool),Linux literacy.
• Good English & teamwork.
• Bachelor degree of Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, etc.
