    Customer Relationship Executive

    About the job

    • We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints.
    • You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
    • To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

    What You Will Do

    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Communicating with customers through various channels.
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
    • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
    • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
    • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

    What You Should Have

    • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
    • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
    • Comfortable using computers.

    Legal Associate

    Job Description

    • Perform relevant legal research for active cases. Assist in reviewing and summarizing legal documents. Assist in preparing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other relevant paperwork.
    • Some Of Your Functions Would Be
    • Organizing and maintaining records, meeting minutes and legal archive. 
    • Organizing and maintaining Corporate household. 
    • Reading, researching, reviewing, verifying, and routing correspondence, reports and legal documents 
    • Drafting letters and documents as required. 
    • Taking ownership on issues as assigned by the Managing Counsel 
    • Implementing legal policies and business practices. 
    • Interacting with regulators on compliance issues. 
    • Co-ordination of legal services within relevant groups and functions. 
    • Attending internal and external meetings 
    • Provide end-to end legal advice on business matters 
    • Perform all other tasks that are appropriate for and required by an in-house Legal Department

    Requirement

    • L.L.B. & B.L. - Bachelor of Laws 
    • Certificate of Call to the Nigerian Bar.
    • National Youth Service Completion Certificate or yet to go for service
    • Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Sound understanding of regulatory laws and procedures.
