    Customer Service Representative

    Position Summary:

    Join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will assist customers, provide product advice, handle transactions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Engagement:

    • Greet and assist customers with product selection.
    • Address inquiries and build customer relationships.

    Sales Support:

    • Process transactions using the POS system.
    • Promote products and inform customers of promotions.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on products and trends.
    • Educate customers on product usage.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Work with team members to achieve store goals.
    • Support new team members.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Customer service or retail experience, preferably in skincare.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Passion for skincare products.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

    Account/Admin Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accounting:

      • Maintain financial records and prepare financial statements.
      • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
      • Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
      • Coordinate audits and tax filings.
    • Administration:

      • Oversee daily administrative operations.
      • Implement policies for operational efficiency.
      • Manage inventory and supplier relationships.
      • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
      • Maintain employee records and assist in HR tasks.
    • Customer Service & Sales Support:

      • Ensure high customer service standards.
      • Assist in sales activities and provide product knowledge.
    • Team Leadership:

      • Supervise administrative staff.
      • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in accounting and administration.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
