    Deck Admin

    Key Responsibilities of a Deck Admin

    Presentation Coordination:

    • Schedule and organize presentations (decks) for prospective clients.
    • Ensure all presentation materials and equipment are prepared and in good working order.
    • Coordinate with presenters and ensure they have the necessary resources.

    Sign-Up Facilitation:

    • Assist clients in completing the membership sign-up process during and after the presentation.
    • Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted promptly.
    • Address any concerns or issues clients may have during the sign-up process.

    Sales Support:

    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have the information and resources needed for presentations.
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and coordination of follow-up activities.

    Record Keeping and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of presentations, client interactions, and membership sign-ups.
    • Generate regular reports on presentation attendance, client feedback, and membership conversions.

    Customer Service:

    • Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the presentation and sign-up process.
    • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

    Qualifications:

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

    Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles, customer service, or sales support is highly desirable. Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus.

    Skills:

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service.

    Sales Manager

    ​​​​​​​Objectives of this role

    • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our product
    • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
    • Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
    • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
    • Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
    • Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

    Responsibilities

    • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
    • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
    • Setting sales targets and goals for the sales team
    • Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team
    • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
    • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
    • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
    • Ensure that company targets are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
    • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

    Required skills and qualifications

    • Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a service-oriented company
    • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Superb leadership ability
    • willingness to travel at least 50% of the time

    Preferred skills and qualifications

    • Motivational speaking experience
    • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
