    Demand Planner

    • We are seeking a dynamic individual who can wear multiple hats and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Demand Planner will be responsible for managing product-related tasks such as orders, re-orders, and inventory management, as well as providing administrative support in other areas of the business as needed.

    Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 10 AM - 6 PM EST

    Responsibilities:

    Manage Product-related Tasks:

    • Process orders, re-orders, and oversee inventory management to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
    • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for product optimization and improvement.

    Supplier and Vendor Coordination:

    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and materials, maintaining strong relationships to support business operations.

    Inventory Monitoring and Forecasting:

    • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams to forecast demand, preventing stockouts and overstock situations.

    Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support for other teams, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and organizing meetings to ensure smooth business operations.

    Cross-functional Assistance:

    • Assist in other areas of the business as needed, including finance, HR, and operations, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

    Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in product management, inventory control, or related roles, preferably with small businesses.
    • Experience working in shipping and vendor management
    • Strong analytical and forecasting skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management software.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Having fashion or apparel merchandising experience is a plus.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Expertise in HubSpot: Extensive experience with all facets of the HubSpot platform, including CRM, marketing automation, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub. With experience across both Pro and Enterprise products.
    • Previous Experience: The ideal candidates have either worked at a HubSpot agency handling multiple accounts or at HubSpot itself.
    • HubSpot Integrations: Familiarity with common HubSpot integrations like GoToWebinar, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Vidyard, Zoom, WordPress, Stripe, PandaDoc, DocuSign, Quickbooks, etc.
    • Proven CRM Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, to support business processes.
    • Analytical Proficiency: Strong capability in developing and managing reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about CRM utilization and its impact on business operations and growth.
    • Collaborative Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments to integrate CRM strategies.
    • Adaptability: Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements, able to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
