The Position

• Application Developer and support shall design and code functional programs and support applications.
• The goal is to write clean code to produce fully functional software applications according to requirements. The person shall have excellent knowledge of at least one programming language.

Responsibilities

• Understand Renmoney’s business requirements and how to translate it into application features
• Writing high-quality code to program complete applications on schedule
• Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications
• Perform unit and integration testing before launch
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Work with Mambu core banking application APIs

Requirements
Required:

• B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related course
• A minimum of 3 years of Application development and support

Preferred:

• Relevant Application development and support certifications / qualifications
• Proficiency in the use of Laravel and Codeigniter PHP Framework
• Application development and support experience

The Position

• As a Field Sales Agent, you’ll be the face of Renmoney to our customers. You’ll focus on attracting new clients and maximizing profitability within your sales portfolio.
• You’ll work prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, product education, and turning interested people into long-term customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet required financial targets/sales budgets
• Meet performance, KPIs, service level, quality standards, and customer satisfaction rates/standards
• Obtain customer information and determine eligibility of customers by comparing information received with requirements
• Provide correct and complete information to customers on the organization’s products and services

The Position

• In this role, you’ll be required to support the financial risk management (FRM) team, financial reporting, and credit risk teams with data-driven analysis to help make strategic credit and deposits products decisions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of the credit portfolio to optimize profitability and reach growth targets
• Collaborate with the portfolio management team, decision science, product, engineering and treasury teams to propose experiments and policy changes.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify underlying explanations for changes in credit portfolio performance, propose solutions and evaluate expected portfolio impacts.
• Manage the company’s IFRS 9 ECL models, and computations monthly on tools like SAS and R.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Fluent in SQL and Excel. Proficient in R / Python / SAS, or similar statistical analysis tool, is a plus
• Previous experience in analytics and / or quantitative modelling, using large datasets
