    Executive Assistant

    Requirements

    • University degree in law, economics or other social science
    • Managerial experience or minimum of Five (5) years critical experience in a multi-national organization
    • Assist the CEO to ensure implementation of the company’s strategies, ensuring timely achievement of the company’s immediate, medium, and long-term goals and objectives
    • Ensure quarterly divisional goals are attainable and aligned with corporate objectives
    • Support. and ensure enabling of business teams to achieve set objectives using clear reporting templates
    • Prepare business briefing reports & support all business planning activities
    • Assist the CEO to deliver effective leadership and operational oversight to all management teams.
    • Managing and resolving interpersonal and team conflict issues and consistently auditing the system to enhance the processes.
    • Ensure required resources are deployed properly to meet defined goals
    • Coordinate interface of all central & corporate shared services (finance, human capital, proptech, legal & client services functions)
    • Ensure that all business divisions receive the professional support (particularly human and technological resources) required to ensure attainment of set objectives
    • Coordinate corporate tendering processes to ensure cost effective completeness.
    • Collaborate & work closely with divisional teams, the CFO and the CEO to ensure the prompt & profitable delivery of projects and provision of services for commercial assets in developed communities
    • Assisting in coordinating revenue teams particularly business development & channel sales teams to ensure revenue performance.

    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact for high-value or complex accounts.

    Expertise and Advisory:

    • Provide expert advice and guidance on complex issues within [specific field, e.g., legal matters, business strategies, financial analysis].
    • Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and interpretation to support decision-making and strategy development.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide relevant and timely advice.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Mentor and supervise junior associates, analysts, or other team members, providing guidance and support on their professional development.
    • Lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality output.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

    Compliance and Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
    • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of work.
