    Financial and Digital Services Manager

    • As a Financial and Digital Service Manager for Nigeria is to plays a critical role in driving business growth, oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital financial services and solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.

    What you will be doing?

    • Regular market visits with Retail and Sales teams in the region (Monthly/Quarterly)
    • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our solutions to key customers and potential clients.
    • Drive onboarding of distributors to RedPay in collaboration with sales team (registration and trading)
    • Increase merchant adoption of Digital Payments, achieve 80% active ratio, and ensure repeat transactions are achieved.
    • Increase adoption of digital products MOM by AVG 10% i.e airtime top up, bill payment and lending
    • Monitor Product adoption, Usage and failure rates - Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly product performance review and Market Insight feedback
    • Escalation and follow up on resolution of disputes raised with Technology Team
    • Grow organic trade via digital payments and align with the regional budgets
    • Support the retail and sales team on Brands/DB presentations that require Live Demo presentations (Joint Visits)
    • Schedule weekly catch up with the Retail and Sales team to review performance in the region

    Experience we think you'll need:

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Regional Sales (e-commerce, open commerce, and or Digital Sales)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
    • Cluster Sales or Regional Sales Officer experience from FMCG
    • Fintech Sales and Strategic partnership

    Brand Channel Partner

    • The Brand Channel Partner will play a pivotal role in assisting in managing relationships and fulfilment operations with brands to achieve maximum delivery efficiency and sales growth. The successful candidate report to Brand Channel Manager.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Manage the order queue to ensure that fulfilment is done timely based on FIFO.
    • Assist with the management of an extensive database containing comprehensive information on leading/promising FMCG brands in Nigeria including those signed and trading. This database will serve as a valuable resource for the local brand team's engagement efforts.
    • Assist and support sales teams by making periodic engagement calls or visits to signed brands to ensure that all relevant information for efficient sales operations is up to date.
    • Assist with the coordination of logistic management from request to arrival, loading and delivery to the customer where and when necessary.
    • Assist and manage the process of sample collections from brands and subsequent transfer to respective brand account leads and regional managers.
    • Maintain strong relationships with the fulfilment officers in each signed brand to help keep our on-time delivery promise.

    Experience we think you'll need:

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Minimum of 3 years professional experience
    • Knowledge of the FMCG sector and digital commerce platforms is a plus.
    • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
    • Strong data analytics skills.
    • Customer centric mindset.
    • Negotiation and conflict management skills.
    • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Logistic and supply chain experience not a must but would be an advantage.
