    Field Engineer/IT Support Staff

    Responsibilities

    • Monitoring major backhaul and upstream links (Ping/PRTG/Cacti)
    • Maintaining 24x7 uptime of power system (Inverter/UPS)
    • Remote support to field engineer (Port check / ip-check / frequency check / RF scan etc.)
    • Ensure Upstream link uptime (Escalating the issue to responsible body/Vendor/Engineer & close follow up till resolution)
    • BS monitoring (Escalating the issue to responsible body/Vendor/Engineer ----close follow up till resolution)
    • Monthly Bandwidth Downtime reporting (Dolphin/MTN/Airtel) in Excel format
    • Monthly BS Downtime reporting in excel format
    • Remote support to field engineer on Firewall configuration and troubleshooting
    • LAPTOP Configuration (Windows / Office/ Antivirus installation & activation
    • LAN /WAN Survey
    • Radio Link configuration / RF Path scan
    • Radio link troubleshooting
    • If required ready to climb up to 60 ft. in height
    • CCTV Installation & NVR Configuration
    • Biometric installation & Configuration
    • Firewall Installation / Configuration / Licence activation
    • Router/switch/access-point installation & configuration
    • Structural cabling / patching / testing/Rack mounting/ Fiber laying

    Flexible in shift working (Day/Night-as per duty roaster)

    Techno Sales Executive (Corporate)

    Job Summary:

    Technology driven person who can identify client needs & provide solution

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborates with Business Head in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
    • Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
    • Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
    • Technology savvy to conduct sales meetings & discussions so as to present the available products
    • Understand client needs & propose apt solutions based on right Technology
    • Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Business Head.
    • Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
    • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
    • Provides monthly/quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
    • Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
    • Collaborates with Business Head to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
    • Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
    • Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
    • Participate in sales promotion and trade show expenses.

    Skills Requirement

    • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
    • Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
    • Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.

    Qualifications

    Educational Qualification

    • A university degree holder (in marketing or business studies is preferred); experienced or trained preferably in Technology / ICT sector; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.

    Experience

    • 3 years+ relevant experience
