    Senior Support Engineer M/F

    • The Senior Support Engineer is the OEM Certified Expert on Data Network Infrastructure DW/JV. With wealth of cognate on the job experience on the equipment operations, maintenance and management.

    EXPERT:

    • Data, TOIP, Copper & Fiber Cabling, IPTV
    • Video Conference, Wi-Fi, Switches, Routers, AP's.

    OPERATIONS :

    • Follow up the immediate resolution of critical and challenging system faults  
    • Liaise with OEM for issues bordering on level 3 support on the equipment or network
    • Ensure compliance to COMPANY’S HSE practices..
    • Carry out analysis of routine maintenance report with the aim of proactively implementing any recommended corrective action
    • Implementation of major equipment relocation, equipment installation, network reengineering, reconfiguration and commissioning.
    • Training and mentoring of the support engineers and technicians within the team

    PVV Senior Engineer M/F

    SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is looking to hire a PVV Senior Engineer to join her team of work force in Nigeria.

     

    OPERATION:

    His task/responsibilities shall include:

    • Ensures that the PVV design and related PVV Engineering Deliverables are compliant with TOTAL E&P General Specifications, applicable platforms/project specifications, applicable international/local Codes & Standards and applicable local regulations.
    • Ensures HSEQ compliance by design.
    • Ensures that the PVV Engineering Package is fully in accordance with the Scope of Work, free of clashes, consistent and compliant with the quality requirements.
    • Ensures that the designed PVV modification involves no HSE risk during site execution, minimum offshore site works and minimum production loss.
    • Ensures that design done by VENDOR is in accordance with Technical Requisition.
    • Ensures that work is delivered in time in accordance with the planning.
    • Ensures that the PVV Design Appraisal Dossier (DAD) is compliant with PED requirements, complete and approved by NoBo for hand over to Construction team.
    • Ensures Constructability, Operability and Maintainability of designed PVV modifications

    Electrical Senior Technician M/F

    MISSIONS

    Operations:

    • Organizes and performs on site maintenance operations, which are placed under his responsibility,
    • His teams assist specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC),
    • Ensures that the COMPANY’s HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during the performance of maintenance operations placed under his responsibility,
    • Ensures that all maintenance and repairs to plant and equipment are carried out safely and efficiently and in strict compliance with COMPANY operating procedures and any relevant statutory legislation to maintain all such equipment in sound and safe operating condition.
    • Manages interventions using the CMMS,
    • Enters intervention reports in the CMMS (including those concerning SMC) and writes the technical reports related to his field,
    • Monitors the functioning of systems placed under his responsibility,
    • Ensures that the transfer of knowledge by mentoring occurs properly within his teams and actively participates in this himself,
    • Carries out, at the Supervisor's request, any intervention within his field of competence.

    Methods:

    Profile

    The following knowledge will be essential for success in this position:

    • SAP experience and know-how.
    • Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site.
    • Basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment and thorough knowledge of equipment used in oil and gas installations.
    • Must know HL & LV power distribution and controls network, HV & LV motor drives and alternators, Inverters, HV cells, variable speed units, light networks, switch gears and Generators.

    Campaign Piping/Structural Supervisor

    MISSIONS: 

    • Responsible for the health, safety and welfare of his team.
    • Ensures that COMPANY’s HSE regulations are respected as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice under his responsibility
    • Key interface with TOTAL Supervision to assist with the successful provision of support services to all site operations, monitoring performance compliance and reporting on progress.

    • Ensures that day to day requirements are met with regards Scope, Tool and means and onsite risk assessments.

    • Ensures that all daily, weekly and monthly reports are completed as required
    • Ensure that all members of the team are focused on delivery of HSE and Quality plans.

    Electrical Preparation Engineer

    MISSIONS: 

    • To prepare scopes of work and ensure that all materials and equipment are available as and when required for modifications, repairs or maintenance activities.
    • Prepares scopes of work for approved work programmes ensuring that all relevant operating procedures and safety regulations are written in and that all necessary materials and equipment are available as and when required.
    • Prepares with COMPANY review and Validation, various calls for bid to contractors invited to tender for work to be carried out.
    • Supervises the execution of modification works at site, or as required by his hierarchy, especially for works executed by external contractors.
    • He ensures that proper COMPANY procedures are followed, and that all modifications are properly documented.
    • Assists with the analysis of equipment malfunctions and makes recommendations for repair and future preventive action.
    • Proposes and justifies recommendations for the improvement of equipment availability and/or efficiency, and works with other entities in Production Methods to execute desired modifications.
    • Assists with the preparation of the preventive maintenance schedule for plant and equipment and ensures that planned work takes place.
    • Ensures that all work carried out takes account of and follows all relevant COMPANY procedures and practices with specific regard to those governing the health and safety of personnel.
    • Receives information from Production Operations on plant/equipment histories and maintains up-to-date records for all individual pieces of equipment.
    • Ensures that all Equipment and Spare parts documentation are updated.
      Carries out any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the Head of Maintenance and Inspection dept from time-to time.
    • Checks the quality in performance of the modifications made by means of commissioning, starting up and audits.
    • Under direction of COMPANY, Follows and analyses on-site spare parts stock levels ensuring they are adequate and maintained, and that materials/equipment received accord with specifications.

    Profile

    • CMIMS - UNISUP R/3 or SAP similar package
    • Computer literacy is mandatory,
