    FTTH Site Engineers

    Responsibilities:

    We are looking for an FTTH design engineer who is mainly engaged in subcontractor design review including but not limited to:

    • Have experience in OSP survey and design, and be able to independently support, organize, and implement OSP survey and design work.
    • Complete LLD design according to customer requires and standards, and have independent survey and design capabilities;
    • Organize and manage subcontractors to carry out external survey and design work;
    • Be familiar with and skilled to use planning and design software (Google earth/AutoCad, etc.) for network planning and design;

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree of Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, etc
    • At least 2 years of experience in FTTH Site Engineers.

    UI / UX Graphic Artist - Freelance

    Job Summary

    • We are urgently hiring a UI/UX Graphic Artist with high level design skills for a freelancing role.
    • This will be for a short period and the resource will be responsible for understanding and interpreting the company's needs/opportunities into visually appealing, engaging, and user-friendly design elements.
    • The work will involve creating a seamless user experience across our digital platforms, ensuring that our brand is consistently reflected, while improving the functionality and efficiency of our digital platforms and campaign assets.

    Job Responsibilities
    The following approach will be followed during the execution of the project. The resource is expected to align and provide all necessary deliverables as highlighted below:

    • Deep understanding of the project needs through discussions with the project team. This includes understanding the brand, the customers we are catering to, and our business goals.
    • Conduct thorough UX research, including competitor analysis, user interviews, and surveys to understand the latest industry trends and user preferences.
    • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Develop interactive prototypes to illustrate the functionality of the application or website.
    • Develop visual designs for the interface, including layouts, navigation, graphics, and icons, following the brand’s style guide. Propose and design new features that will enhance user experience and satisfaction.
    • Work closely with the product management and development team to ensure the proper implementation of the design elements. Address any user interface-related issues that arise during development.
    • Use data collected from UX research and usability testing to evaluate and improve the design. This includes identifying any UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) and devising elegant solutions.
    • Produce clear and effective documentation, including requirements, user stories, and design rationales, to ensure that the design vision is fully understood by all stakeholders.

    Work Hours:

    • Flexible, but not strictly between 8 am and 5 pm.
    • Must be able to work remotely.
    • Must have work tools including laptops, and stable power/access to high-speed internet.

    Relationship - Interpersonal relationship:

    • Must maintain good working relationship across all levels of staff.

    Quality of Work:

    • Must maintain professional standards expected of a consultant.
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Delivery to specific timelines, output and consistency.

    Logistics / Fleet Officer

    Job Description

    • As a Fleet Officer, you will be responsible for providing support for the implementation of transport policies and processes by participating in planning and coordinating the movement of raw materials supplies to the plant and cement products to distribution centers or customers' retail locations.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and supervise day-to-day activities of company truck drivers, loading, dispatches, and deliveries.
    • Ensure availability and effective utilization of company assets through truck tracking, monitoring, and control.
    • Coordinate timely, accurate, and safe delivery of cement to depots/customers.
    • Develop servicing and maintenance schedule of equipment.
    • Monitor the quality, timeliness, and suitability of equipment maintenance practices.
    • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures.
    • Develop and submit reports of truck status to the superior.
    • Ensure recovery of AGO for short kilometers.
    • Ensure all accidents and related issues are reported on time.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Transport.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business / Logistics, or a related field.
    • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in logistics management.
    • Ability to adapt to changes in procedures, technologies, or work environments.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Basic knowledge of system-based inventory management systems.
