Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of sales including strategy development & execution; pipeline development; conversations; target-setting sales process; and team recruitment, training, and motivation;.
• Lead the creation and expansion of business in Government agencies and NGOs
• Work closely with the marketing team on new customer development & the increase of average basket size; collaborate closely with supply chain on the fulfillment or orders & formulary list expansion; work with finance on credit & collections

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field; Master's Degree a plus
• Proven experience in driving sizeable sales growth in government agencies and NGOs is a must
• 5 years of post-NYSC experience

Duties

• Identify, develop or evaluate a marketing strategy based on knowledge of the company's objectives, market characteristics, cost and markup factors
• Formulate, direct or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products
• Compile a list describing product or service offerings
• Advising businesses or other groups on local, national or International factors affecting the buying and selling of products or services.

Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Combination of online and offline marketing experience

Experience:

• 3-5 years of post NYSC experience
