    Graphics Designer (Static and Motion)

    About the job

    • Creative Direction: Establish and maintain the creative vision and direction for stills, motion graphics, and animations across various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, advertising, and promotions.
    • Design and Production: Conceptualize and design the production of high-quality stills, motion graphics, and animations, ensuring they are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with marketing objectives.
    • Research upcoming projects to help create realistic designs, videos, skits, documentaries, and/or animations
    • Develop storyboards that map out key scenes in animations and motion graphics
    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, advertising, and content teams to understand project requirements, goals, and target audience.
    • As well as on the development and execution of creative campaigns and visual assets.
    • Branding and Visual Identity: Ensure that all visual assets adhere to the companys brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and promoting brand recognition.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of creative deliverables to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
    • Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies related to stills, motion graphics, and animations. Apply this knowledge to enhance creative outputs and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Performance Tracking: Analyze the performance of visual assets, monitor user engagement, and leverage data insights to optimize design elements and enhance the effectiveness of creative deliverables.
    • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all visual assets adhere to legal and regulatory requirements specific to the sports betting industry.
