    Responsibilities

    • Set objectives and strategies for the IT department.
    • Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits.
    • Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience.
    • Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organization.
    • Approve purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    National Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Head

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for establishing Health and Safety, Social and Environmental (HSSE) best practice policies, standards and programs across the Group, Subsidiaries and Projects.
    • Ensure safety, health and environmental working conditions are followed at all times.
    • Implementation of policies, procedures and systems to provide for a safe and secure business operation.
    • Enforce safe working practices and ensure lost time injuries are kept to a minimum.
    • Drive and manage the Group global aim to be recognized as an industry leader within the field of Safety and Security.
    • Apply the overall Group standards and guidelines on HSE.
    • Represent the company with local government organizations related to safety, and health, in order to ensure a mutual understanding of the Company’s goals and requirements, and to work in a cooperative partnership with local resources.
    • Prepare audits to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determine corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follow-up to ensure measures have been implemented.
    • Responsible for setting and achieving the budget for the HSE department.
    • Coordinate studies and analyses of industrial accident causes and hazards to health for use by company personnel
    • Lead the accident/incident investigation and reporting.
    • Ensure that all safety & environmental issues are managed fulfilling the requirements of all the regulations applicable by laws.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Health, Safety, and Quality Management or any relevant field of study from a recognised university
    • MBA is a plus
    • Minimum of 15 years experience in a senior HSE role within an international industrial corporation
    • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to provide leadership, obtain cooperation and assistance to meet objectives.

    Quality Assurance / Quality Control Lead

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for creating, managing, and implementing all quality assurance, and control issues as well as managing the health, safety, environment, and security (HSES) matters as it relates to the company.
    • The preparation of the company’s QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
    • Control and the distribution of all the company’s quality documentation
    • Monitor all quality-related activities on all company project
    • Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management
    • Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
    • Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.
    • Attend client quality management meetings
    • The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
    • Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
    • Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
    • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system.
    • Recommend and implement improvements when required.
    • Coordinate all QA/QC activities
    • Coordinate all quality-related correspondence with the customer’s representatives.
    • Monitor statistical method reporting.
    • Action and close all customer complaints

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering, Environmental Management, or its equivalent disciplines
    • Master’s Degree is an added advantage
    • At least 7 years’ experience as QA/QC Engineer with qualified QMS Auditor in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
    • Experience working within the Oil & Gas Sector is required
    • Prior work experience showing increasing levels of responsibility with a focus on operations in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledgeable in welding, NDT, AWS/ASME/ANSI Codes, or other industry codes and standard
    • Team-oriented and performance-driven

    Field Sales Engineer (Automation)

    Responsibilities

    • To effectively develop and execute sales of factory automation solutions; products and services in assigned accounts.
    • Be involved from the concept and detail of the design through to implementation, testing and handover.
    • Responsible for analyzing the client’s needs with respect to our product offerings and propose solutions to the customer to help them achieve their objectives.
    • To support the sales activities of the Joint Venture (JV) between our company and its partner.
    • Be at the forefront in the sales of business solutions based on OEM’s lines of automation hardware and software products and services within an assigned Nigeria territory.
    • Ensure the products and services are visible within the Oil & Gas Sector (Upstream, Midstream Downstream), Petrochemical & Fertilizer Plant, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Portable Water and Desalination Plants, Infrastructure Projects, Power Project, Food & Beverages and Aviation industry.
    • Market our services on installation and repair of measuring and automation control equipment systems and automation solution, digitalization, and system integration
    • Effectively conduct client presentations to all levels of the client’s organization.
    • Identify and cultivate strategic relationships at all levels of the client’s organization.
    • Liaising with others in the engineering team, clients, and contractors.
    • New customer development by following up on leads and prospecting.
    • Follow up quotations, commercial negotiations, and convince customer to place the order with us.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or its equivalent in any discipline.
    • Master’s Degree is an added advantage
    • 7 years of experience in automation role.
    • At least, 3 years in a similar senior position within a large company
    • Experience in working within the Oil & Gas Sector will be considered an important advantage.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
