    Head of Business

    Job Purpose

    • As a Head of Business, you are responsible for spearheading the growth of businesses by sourcing and securing Travel accounts to increase the profitability of the organization totaling billions of Naira in profit as well as develop and implementing strategies to further improve profitability and brand awareness.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and acquire new customers and also ensure their profitability is maintained
    • Actively contribute to the growth strategy and wider business plan of the company
    • Supervise call plan of both the Sales & Operations team
    • Identify potential Corporate Clients, assess their creditworthiness and target them for closure within a set timeframe
    • Provide accurate forecasts and ensure that all subsidiary’s targets are met
    • Develop, Establish and Enforce goals, as well as, policies & procedures for Travelden
    • Conduct weekly/monthly sales meetings and training
    • Deal with clients’ complaints as a matter of urgency in accordance with company policy
    • Define KRAs for your team in sync to the annual target provided for Travelden.
    • Acquire Large Multinational Corporate Accounts and handling hardcore negotiations
    • Stay updated with recent market/industry trends, competitors & leading customer strategies
    • Preparation of weekly and monthly report
    • Setting out a long-term, strategic marketing vision for the company in line with growth objectives
    • Analyze customer research, the market and competitor data and making recommendations that drive the growth of the brand
    • Leading all marketing activities and measuring performance through developing appropriate marketing metrics
    • Maintaining, developing and researching potential new strategic relationships within the sector to help drive the growth of the brand
    • Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine the effectiveness
    • Create a succession planning scheme for all supervisory roles in Travelden
    • Perform any other related duties as assigned

    Qualifications & Certification

    • First Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or Professional membership/certification is an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • At least 7 years of professional experience in a similar role, with 4 years in a supervisory role
    • Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage

    Destination Consultant

    Job Description

    • As a Destination Consultant, your role involves curating bespoke holiday packages, selling, and promoting travel products and holiday destinations tailored to client needs in collaboration with your Line Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Liaise with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers, and resort representatives to get best prices and packages for clients
    • Attend holiday shows, travel and tourism exhibitions
    • Collect and provide comprehensive information and coordinate guest requests regarding hotel services, sporting events, attractions, restaurants, theater, airline, transportation tickets, limousine rentals, sightseeing tours etc.
    • Take enquiries from corporate clients regarding their local and international hotel requirements and handle guest bookings as required
    • Responsible for researching and recommending destination sites, including corporate and leisure locations
    • Maximize conversions by following up on quotations in established timeframe
    • Demonstrate competency of product knowledge
    • Work with local and international tourist site to promote tour packages
    • Assist clients with all products /Services rendered for optimum service delivery

    Digital Marketing Executive

    Job Purpose

    • As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for running various marketing campaigns over various platforms to gain visibility and return on investment.
    • You will also be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers on all platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Carryout SEO/Digital Marketing Campaigns that will drive engagement, increase visibility and lead to leads conversion
    • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
    • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization, optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
    • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in design tools and applications and use of them to maximize output

    • Set up and optimize each subsidiary’s pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
    • Analyze digital marketing campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
    • Work with other departments to develop digital marketing timelines coinciding with new service releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
    • Write post for each subsidiaries’ blog
    • Collaborate with other teams, like operations and sales to ensure brand consistency.
    • Periodic measurement of digital marketing campaign performance and evaluation of the performance against goals and other key performance indicators.
    • Carry out responsibilities as assigned by the Digital Marketing Manager

    Qualifications / Certification

    • First Degree in Mass Communications or in a related field.
    • Professional membership/certification is an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.

    Sales Account Manager

    Job Description

    • The Account Manager is responsible for managing and providing strategy for all of TCS Finchglow Travels, key corporate accounts through client communications, budget management, conflict resolution, revenue growth, and TCS compliance on account deliverables.
    • They coordinate communication between the sales and marketing teams (Destination & Protocol) and accounts and are responsible for maintaining account and TCS satisfaction.
    • Our Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent the accounts and TCS needs and goals within the organization to ensure business ROI and KPIs are met.
    • Building strong working relationships with accounts to encourage new and repeat business opportunities is essential.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with existing and new accounts to formulate new and repeat business and create revenue models.
    • Secure new business and partners in outlined markets territory and resuscitate dormant corporate accounts.
    • Manage corporate account receivable based on client’s credit policies.
    • Produce detailed status reports and updates on corporate account deliverables and their sales results.
    • Monitor account issues, deadlines, and deliverables with relevant TCS departments to ensure all account programs are handled effectively and timely, and inform the Business Development Manager as needed
    • Collaborate with product development, account management, inside sales, and marketing as needed to identify potential issues and/or opportunities related to accounts
    • Execute account contracts and ensure deliverables meet those contract requirements
    • Monitor goals and commission payments for corporate accounts and their performance against targets
    • Develop and maintain documentation for the sales and marketing plan
    • Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed and quality standards are met
    • Travel to visit key accounts throughout the year
    • Attend at least 1 trade show annually to represent TCS and meet with existing accounts and to bring in new corporate accounts
    • Oversee database management relating to corporate clients’ records
    • Keep Salesforce updated with client communication and contact information
    • Perform other related tasks as required.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
    • Professional certifications/memberships are an added advantage.
    • +1 years’ professional experience outside sales and/or account management preferably with high-value items, and/or luxury brand item.
    • Travel experience and/or luxury jet travel experience is highly preferred.

    • Demonstrated ability to leverage experience to compellingly explain the TCS trips through in person presentations, phone calls, email and webinar trainings
    • Experience managing accounts and supporting detailed trip itineraries
    • Ability to answer complex questions from accounts and to represent TCS interests accordingly
    • Position requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills including diplomacy and customer service orientation, as the primary responsibility is to establish and build relationships with internal and external accounts
    • Extremely organized and able to work on multiple accounts at once

    Travel Consultant

    Job Purpose

    • As a Travel Consultant, you are responsible for mapping out travel arrangements for corporate bodies, travel agencies and individuals. These include booking flights, arranging transportation to and from the airport, and booking hotel rooms.
    • The Travel Consultant is to also help clients ensure their visas and work permits are up to date for the locations they need to travel.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Make professional and accurate travel arrangements for clients including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations
    • Converse with customers to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required
    • Compute cost of travel and accommodations, using carrier tariff books, and hotel rate books, or quote package tour’s costs.
    • Follow the company’s procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards in the areas of: making travel arrangements, and building Passenger Name Records (PNRs) and profiles.
    • Plan, describe, arrange, and sell the itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives we offer
    • Provide customer with Travelden brochures and publications containing travel information, such as local customs, points of interest, or foreign country regulations
    • Maintain awareness and adherence to our clients’ procedures, programs, and policy guidelines
    • Consistent application of Travelden’s practices and programs
    • Provide industry updates as well as airline promotions to clients
    • Offer and provide travel insurance to customers
    • Engage in the preparation of sales budget weekly
    • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

    Qualification & Certification

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a travel consultant / ticketing and reservation officer.

    Experience:

    • At least 3 years’ professional experience in as a seasoned Travel Consultant.

    Skills & Knowledge:

    • Proficiency in the use of Amadeus GDS; with Amadeus certification
    • Ability to relate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels using diplomacy
    • Result oriented with regards to quality and productivity goals
    • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as determined by business need and client call volume
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills
    • Organizational and planning skills
    • Attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
