    B2B Sales Executive

    Job Purpose

    • As the B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales deals with business-to-business (B2B) clients.
    • The role involves prospecting, nurturing leads, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
    • The B2B Sales Executive will represent the company’s products or services and act as a primary point of contact for potential and existing B2B clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect and identify potential B2B clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research
    • Understand the needs and requirements of B2B clients and tailor the company's products or services to address their specific business challenges
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of the company's offerings
    • Negotiate and close sales deals with B2B clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and the company
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
    • Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and pipelines
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services and expand the network
    • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market insights
    • Perform any other related duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • First Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
    • Professional membership/certification is an added advantage
    • At least 2 years professional experience in any field

    Skills & Knowledge:

    • Strong prospecting skills and Excellent selling, negotiation and closing skills
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
    • Excellent customer service delivery focus
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities
    • Excellent attitude and work ethics
    • Result oriented & target driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
