    Head of Sales and Marketing

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
    • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics

    Requirements

    • Must have a minimum B.Sc / HND degree in Marketing
    • Must have at least 5 - 7 years of experience in Business Development in a SOFTWARE COMPANY
    • Preferred candidate should have a professional certification
    • Excellent verbal and visual Sales?Marketing reporting skills.

    Regional Manager (South West)

    Job Summary

    • As a Regional Manager, you shall oversee multiple commercial establishments within a specified region.
    • Their primary duties include hiring and training Managers, meeting corporate sales targets and creating a positive working environment for each store in their region.

    Responsibilities

    • Creating a comprehensive recruiting and training program for Managers
    • Addressing any lapses in compliance with corporate policies or local laws
    • Helping develop sales strategies and setting corporate sales targets
    • Creating profits and loss reports for Managers
    • Monitoring the performance of teams and motivating them to reach targets
    • Keeping up to date with competitors

    Job Requirements

    • BSc / BA in Business Administration or relevant field
    • Minimum of 5 -7 years’ experience as a Regional Manager in a service-based industry.
    • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
