    Head of Sales (Outdoor Advertising)

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets for digitalLED screens and related services.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support todrive performance and meet sales goals.
    • Identify new business opportunities and target markets for digital LED screens, including retail,hospitality, entertainment, advertising, and corporate sectors.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, including architects,contractors, designers, and end-users.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop compelling sales collateral,presentations, and proposals to showcase our products and services.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identifyopportunities for innovation and differentiation.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability whileensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Person Specification/Qualifications:

    • 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role in thedigital signage or related industry.
    • Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets for digital LED screens andsolutions.
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport andtrust with clients and partners.
    • Deep understanding of digital signage technology, including LED displays, content managementsystems, and software solutions.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving businessgrowth.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.
    • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
    • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.

    Sales Officer (Diesel Power Generators)

    Responsibilities

    • Key responsibility is to meet sales revenue targets and expand the dealer base across the assigned regions and customer segments
    • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
    • Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business. Work with channel partners to help them exceed revenue expectations of the company month-on-month basis
    • Regular partner visits and keep them engaged with promotional and branding offers.
    • Stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
    • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
    • Address partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues promptly, in consultation with his manager.

    • Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills

    Sales Manager (Baby Food)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Launch the company’s product in the retail market, building brand awareness and developing customer loyalty in the assigned territory industry.
    • Drive sales of baby food Products by actively promoting and selling to a range of retailers, wholesalers, and other potential customers across Lagos.
    • Ensure prominent product visibility and availability in the market.
    • Manage, inspire, and motivate a client-facing and high-performing team sales team in your area of coverage.
    • Develop market and competitive assessments to identify and drive new opportunities.
    • Formulate a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
    • To utilize all elements of the Sales Management Process (SMP) to effectively analyze, implement and control the opportunities within the territory.

    Key Requirements:

    • First degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relative course from a recognized tertiary institution.
    • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a B2B sales role with a year of experience in the baby foods sector.
    • Experience leading a sales team.
    • Possess an excellent reputation in the industry.
    • Maintain established relationships with B2B clients.
    • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Exhibit solid business judgment.
    • Solid grasp of the performance, data, and measurement environments; track record of leveraging trends and data to create strategies that work.
    • Relevant Professional Certificate relevant to the role.
