Responsibilities

• Experience with managing high volume of incoming and outgoing to sell haircare products to prospective customers or clients.
• Explains product's benefits, features and history to customers
• Influences potential customers to buy hair care products and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give product information and product upsells
• Deal and resolve any customer complaints.
• Handle customer orders, provide appropriate solutions and upsell other products within the time limits;
• Keep records of customer orders, funnel process, inventory, proof of payment with each logistics partner
• Respond to customers’ enquiries via calls, email, live chat, and active social media platforms.

Task:

• Effectively meets daily metrics with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.

Strict Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND, OND.
• Two (2) years or more experience in a heavy volume phone transaction based environment
• Ability to counter customer objections
• Ability to upsell and cross sell
• Experience with eCommerce customer service is a +
• Must be independent, self-motivated and organized
• Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone

Salary

• Monthly Salary - N50,000 - N90,000
• N600,000 - N1,100,000 annually

Job Summary

• The Inventory is at the heart of efficiency at Vitalvida.
• The Inventory and Sales Recording Officer is crucial to protect our inventory
• Must be proficient in the use of a Computer, System based applications, Microsoft office package (Basic),
• Experienced in good Customer Service Delivery
• Must understand how a computer System works and connects to other corresponding gadgets
• Must be a fast learner
• Oversee stock counting exercises for preciseness and against errors.
• Inventory and Sales Recording Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate counts of inventory stock, identify discrepancies and must document it according to company protocols.
• Ensure to find the source of the inaccuracy, and find ways to reduce or eliminate future inventory errors.

Main Duties

• Enter every sale accurately into the POS system daily
• Demand for physical stock count from delivery agents and compare to stock count in the system weekly.
• Call customers daily to find out if they got thier order
• Demand for remuneration from delivery agents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of First Degree
• Four (4) years experience (Experience in inventory management is a +)
• Proficiency in use of Excel and POS sales system is a +
• Must be able to work physically in Lekki Phase 1.
• Must be able to work on Saturdays.

Monthly Salary
N50,000.
