High Call Volume Telesales & Customer Representative at Vital Agro Alliance Farms Limited

Responsibilities

• Experience with managing high volume of incoming and outgoing to sell haircare products to prospective customers or clients.
• Explains product's benefits, features and history to customers
• Influences potential customers to buy hair care products and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give product information and product upsells
• Deal and resolve any customer complaints.
• Handle customer orders, provide appropriate solutions and upsell other products within the time limits;
• Keep records of customer orders, funnel process, inventory, proof of payment with each logistics partner
• Respond to customers’ enquiries via calls, email, live chat, and active social media platforms.

Task:

• Effectively meets daily metrics with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.

Strict Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND, OND.
• Two (2) years or more experience in a heavy volume phone transaction based environment
• Ability to counter customer objections
• Ability to upsell and cross sell
• Experience with eCommerce customer service is a +
• Must be independent, self-motivated and organized
• Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone

Salary

• Monthly Salary - N50,000 - N90,000
• N600,000 - N1,100,000 annually
