    Hotel Marketing Manager

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Description

    • We need an adept Marketing Manager that will be responsible for maximizing the hotel’s revenues by developing programs to increase occupancy and make profitable use of its accommodation, meeting and leisure facilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain awareness of the factors that influence the hotel industry and gain a deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of a hotel’s customers.
    • Coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet customer needs, working closely with other hotel staff to ensure customers are satisfied with the facilities and their time there.
    • Successfully promoting and managing the brand
    • Working with advertising agencies
    • Managing relationships with agencies and partners
    • Overseeing budgets for advertising, marketing, and promotions
    • Monitoring competition
    • Generating new ideas for customer incentives and accommodation or business packages and other sales and marketing duties.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel Management or any other related field
    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
    • Have exceptional communication skills
    • Use current technology for the benefit of the hospitality property, for example, social media such as blogs etc.
    • Think creatively to come up with exciting new campaigns

    Billing/Invoicing Officer

    Location: Sagamu, Ogun State

    Industry: FMCG

    Responsibilities

    • Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies
    • Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.)
    • Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
    • Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.)
    • Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary
    • Receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments etc.) and check for credibility
    • Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned
    • Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
    • Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills
    • Report on activity to upper management

    Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc. degree
    • 5 years’ experience as a Billing/Invoicing officer in an FMCG company
    • Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
    • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Quickbooks) will be appreciated
    • Good organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills

    Production Operator

    Location: Sagamu, Ogun State

    Responsibilities

    • Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
    • Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
    • Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
    • Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
    • Test operation of machines periodically
    • Fix issues that might occur during the shift
    • Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
    • Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
    • Maintain activity logs

    Requirements

    • OND/HND degree, Technical degree is a plus
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a production operator
    • Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
    • Understanding of production procedures
    • Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
    • Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
    • Attention to detail
    • Teamwork and communication skills

    B2B Sales Executive

    Our client, a leading lighting solution provider company urgently need B2B Sales Executive.

    The job includes:

    • Contacting and calling upon new prospects 
    • Staying in contact with existing customers assigned to you
    • Following up on referrals including new account inquiries and trade show leads
    • Planning and performing sales calls, cold calls, presentations, training and events as needed
    • Reviewing orders and sales reports to advise customers and maximize sales
