    HR Officer

    Job Summary

    • The HR operations manager is required to perform various administrative tasks which influences a company’s culture and the staff performance.The ideal candidate would be in charge of assisting particular organizational functions, collaborating closely with management.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, establish, and maintain the organization's hiring procedure, which includes its description, hiring definitions, periodic measuring definitions, and taking appropriate action to fill gaps.
    • Creates the selection matrix for selecting the best recruitment source and channel.
    • Investigates industry best practices for hiring and staffing, then applies the most applicable ones to the organization.
    • Continuously monitors and lowers the cost of the hiring process
    • Carries out interviewing for executive posts (or key jobs in the organization
    • Observes the labor laws and makes the necessary adjustments to maintain compliance
    • Conducting organizational research, reviews, and work measures to identify workloads and provide guidance on the ideal staffing level requirements
    • Collaborating with line managers to create forecasts of the number of people needed.

    Requirements

    • Minimum B.Sc in Human Resources or other related fields
    • Minimum second class lower
    • B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Negotiations, B2B Marketing
    • Minimum of 5 Years experience in related Industry
    • Must have Professional certifications (cipm)
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

    Estate Surveyor & Valuer

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the management of the organization's investment portfolio with a view to securing and maximizing rental income.
    • Deliver a high quality, efficient and effective property management service for the Organisation's property portfolio including new lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, service charge management, easements, valuations and general estates management
    • Create value, maximize growth and improve the business performance of the organization and its clients.

    HSE (Mechanical Engineer)

    Responsibilities

    • Perform on-site operational risk audits, incident investigations, and provide operational risk management advice
    • Write reports, coordinate, validate and monitor progress made on risk management projects.

    • Knowledge of the applications of Thermographic and Ultrasonic technologies in industrial plant.

    Front Desk Representative

    Job Responsibilities

    • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
    • Answer questions and address complaints
    • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
    • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
    • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Minimum of OND / HND in any Discipline
