    IT Procurement Manager

    Role and Responsibilities

    • You will complete several tasks to obtain the most competitive IT hardware & Software purchases and materials/supplies for our client across multiple regions.

    Track Inventory and Place Orders:

    • You will determine the accurate materials and supplies as required by customers and place orders as needed. This will involve keeping an inventory of materials and supplies on hand and replenishing these items as they are sold or used. You will oversee the flow of materials to help company determine inventory levels and needs.

    Establish Cost Budgets:

    • You will work closely with other managers, such as those in business sales development, technical and procurement associate team to complete inventory planning, forecasting and reports that will impact the budget.

    Select and Negotiate with Vendors:

    • You will build relationships with various vendors in order to receive competitive pricing and quality products. You will negotiate contracts and pricing, review bids and establish payment terms. Aside current standard established vendors, it will be up to you to choose new vendors you want to do business with.

    Contract Management:

    • You will oversee the drafting, review, and management of contracts for IT procurement. Work with compliance to ensure contractual terms and conditions are met. You will also manage contracts; ensuring renewals and amendments are done as at when required.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT procurement, and develop contingency plans to address
    • potential supply chain disruptions.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    • Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, suppliers performance, and cost savings, while maintaining a comprehensive procurement records.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, 4 years in IT procurement, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong knowledge of IT products and services, including hardware, software, and cloud solutions.
    • Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
    • Familiarity with procurement software and systems (e.g., ERP systems).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.

    Skills:

    • You will possess strong organizational skills and analytical and negotiation skills. a leader and
    • problem-solver who can multi-task and pay attention to detail. You will have above-
    • average math skills and be able to work independently, with little or no supervision.

    Core Skills:

    • Managing inventory

    • Understanding contracts and contract negotiations
    • Understand basic accounting principles
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

    Information Technology Service Delivery Manager

    Role and Responsibilities:

    Service Delivery Management:

    • You will lead a team of technical support specialists. Provide support, supervise staff, and provide direction and mentorship in tech support and service delivery.
    • Ensure effective incident, problem, and change management processes are in place.

    Implement Best Practices

    • You will research and implement best practices in help desk and IT support and ensure policies and procedures are followed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of IT services.

    Service Level Management:

    • Define, negotiate, and manager SLAs with both internal and external vendors. Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. You shall also ensure strict adherence to SLAs and take corrective actions when necessary.

    Facilitate Meetings

    • By managing and facilitating meetings, you will ensure that teams are improving performance, service, and product quality and use information gathered at these meetings to target areas that need improvement.

    Review IT Service Catalog

    • To ensure that listings are accurate, you will review IT service catalogs to add missing services or make recommendations for services that are not offered.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor and develop the IT delivery team in a customer service excellence and continuous improvement culture.
    • Manage team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback.

    Project Management:

    • Oversee IT service delivery projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Coordinate with project managers and other IT teams to ensure successful project execution.
    • Manage resource allocation and prioritize tasks to meet project and service delivery goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service delivery or IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks and best practices.
    • Proven experience in managing IT service delivery teams and projects.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Certification in ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is preferred.

    • Service Orientation: Commitment to delivering high-quality IT services and customer satisfaction.
    • Project Management: Expertise in managing IT projects and service delivery initiatives.

    Working Conditions:

    • This position is typically based in an office environment.
