DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions seamlessly across channels.
• Responsible for managing all Apps / Mobile solutions / SEO activities such as deep linking, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings of website/webpages on all major search networks. 
• Technical support and training of the subsidiary focal persons in the Group on website related issues.
• Develop webpages, landing pages, microsite, Apps etc. for digital marketing campaigns in line with defined brand guidelines
• Coordinate VAPT remediations and ensure up to date tracking across touchpoints 
• Responsible for value realization on all go-live projects and report promptly 
• Handle Mobile / App / SEO requests to ensure they are adaptable and best practices are implemented 
• Advise and implement necessary website security standards.
• Develop reports for relevant stakeholders describing usage rates and engagement levels
• Supervise and ensure resolution on all issues identified from crawling information tool and fix all broken links
• Support live production of events on owned platforms of the Bank
• Maintain and manage webmaster software and ensure all updates and renewals are done in a timely manner
• Identify and recommend improvement opportunities for FirstBank’s website
• Ensure relevant tools for optimizing sites are deployed are used, also ensure search engines show bank owned sites for selected queries. 
• Manage internal and external link details to ensure a good amount of links are pointing to bank owned sites (backlinks) for listing on top of the search results.
• Perform A/B test for landing pages, messaging and multiple user experiences
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Graduate degree in Marketing, Social Sciences and/or Information Technology or related discipline
• Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage
• Professional certifications in related field

Experience

• 4 – 7 years’ experience in webmaster function
• Experience in marketing communications with at least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, brand advertising and/or consumer goods marketing. 
• Experience in financial services, product management and investment banking/asset management will be an added advantage
• Certification in related field is an added advantage such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW), Java Script Specialist 
• Work experience in a Digital Lab, FCMG, Telecommunication, IT industry will be an added advantage

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creation of Internal Staff Engagement activities and assisting in the management of a 3600 completion of the activities.
• Monitoring of the process flow of information dissemination among staff and customers.
• Create alternatives to reach employees to ensure effective communication of stakeholders’ initiatives across the FirstBank Group.
• Assist in the development of Internal communications strategy.
• Manage and update content on SharePoint working closely with IT.
• Developing strategic content for effective communications internally and externally. 
• Manage the Brand Champions and leverage them for brand quality assurance and knowledge sharing.
• Manage the web champions, schedule training to improve skill set on the portal and ensure effective use of portal pages. 
• Management of the FirstBank intranet - MyFirstPortal and other Internal Communications tools.
• Supporting all M&CC and strategic units within the Bank on crafting and developing messages to ensure effective communication and compliance.
• Create and implement communication plans for campaigns for events, products, services and initiatives.
• Create and advise on designs used for campaigns that inform and educate staff and customers Bank wide 
• Provide support in the creation of Internal Staff Engagement activities. 
• Coordinate roadshows for project briefs for internal stakeholders.
• Management of Internal and External Communications within the Bank.
• Assist in the management of a 360-degree completion of the activities for the Bank and subsidiaries.

• Evaluate the Bank’s internal communications initiatives to ascertain effectiveness.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in customer facing responsibilities in the financial sector or FMCG industry.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily spooling of General Ledger (GL) balances of branches and head office departments.
• Review of the GL pullout of Income & Contingent sub-heads.
• Performs In-depth Investigation on GL to identify wrong postings, irregular and abnormal balances or accounts with wrong classification.
• Liaising with branches and departments having abnormal balances in their income & contingent accounts to regularize.
• Collaborate with internal control department in ensuring that all improper balances in GL are cleared promptly by branches and departments responsible.
• Preparation and Review of Monthly Income and Expenses trends for input into the revenue assurance MANCO report.
• Review fixed deposit booked on the system, to ensure there are no unverified system actions preventing roll over and non-interest payment.
• Review of fixed deposit exception/ recovery report for inclusion in the MANCO paper monthly.
• Review uncollected management and commitment fees report on a monthly basis for loan and overdraft, to ensure all fees are taken, and approvals obtained where there are waivers.
• Re-computation of interest income on overdraft, Account maintenance fees, loans, FIP, ROU etc. and charges to ensure completeness of the system in calculating and collecting these fees.
• Uncollected fees are raised as an exception against the relevant department/unit in the bank for immediate recoup.
• Development of additional scripts to validate system/user accuracy in collection of other income due the bank.
• Liaising with branches on reasons for drop/increase in income or correct wrong classification of accounts.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Review of Trial Balance of the bank for trend analysis.
• Provision of audit requirements for External and Internal Audits
• Providing explanations on audit queries arising from Statutory Audits.
• Participate in special projects in the bank e.g. Automation of income, Finacle etc.
• Perform ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time
