    Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

    Responsibilities
    Investment Advisory:

    • Making the homeowner complete the necessary paperwork, including agency agreements, listing disclosures, and legal documents.
    • Assisting the Head of Sales in documentation of clients.
    • Making sales presentations and guiding clients through the sales process.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • First point of call for clients.
    • Ample knowledge of products and systems of the company.
    • Attending client's complaints, comments and questions.
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
    • Build long term relationships with new and existing customers
    • Monitoring of payments made by clients and client correspondence.
    • Reminders to clients on due payments.

    Marketing:

    • Meeting company sales targets.
    • Help to plan sales campaigns
    • Developing marketing, plans and strategies for the company.
    • Compiling monthly marketing reports.
    • Training of external partner marketers and sales agents.

    Others:

    • Oversee contract discussions for clients, guaranteeing advantageous conditions for the client and the business.
    • Work together to complete agreements with the finance and legal departments.
    • Remain up-to-date on market developments, rivalry, and new technological advancements.
    • Make use of market intelligence to improve client connections and service offerings.
    • Monthly reporting on client follow-up payments against budget and reporting on variances.
    • Reporting on client complaints and other client related services.
    • Carry out other assignments as may be required from time to time as directed.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of 3 years and above experience in similar position
    • Previous experience as a Sales Expert will be an added advantage.
    • Good working knowledge of the entire real estate value chain (Regulatory processes/health and safety etc.).

    Head of Sales (Real Estate)

    Job Description

    • Develop plans for team sales activities to include sales strategy to achieve agreed targets, effective search of leads/prospects, penetrate new markets
    • Prepare and agree individual action plans and targets for all team members
    • Prepare and agree presentations, proposals and price lists to enable the team to deliver accurate and competitive information whilst maintaining maximum profit margin and assist team members to prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals.
    • Delegate authority and responsibility to team members with supervision, accountability and review
    • Maintain contact with client for feedback and to obtain client satisfaction
    • Set an example for team members of commitment, sales activities, work ethics and habits and personal character
    • Maintain accurate records of leads/prospect, pricing, sales and activities.
    • Maintain a strong network of prospects and ensure high lead conversion.
    • Provide insights on bestselling conditions considering P&L and exchange rates.
    • Represent the company at corporate events and sales meetings.
    • Manage accurate sales information and activity reports.
    • Coordinate sales throughout the sales cycle and confidently participate in proposal preparation.
    • Identify new sales and business development opportunities.
    • Determine customer financial abilities and advise on best buying options.
    • Promote sales through advertisements and manage network activities of Sub-Agents.
    • Advise on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
    • Interface with company lawyers to prepare property documents.
    • Oversee sales commissions and reconcile with Sub-Agents.

    Desired Traits

    • Business Acumen: Understand business objectives, industry trends, and profit/loss dynamics.
    • Client Relationships Management: Develop and maintain professional relationships to maximize value.
    • Manage Team: Build a motivated sales team, set targets, and implement training programs.
    • Stay Informed on the Industry: Remain current on real estate industry trends, regulations, and legislation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Minimumexperience with 5 years in a Senior Management role.
    • Strong sales and marketing skills with budgeting and financial management experience.
    • Experience in a dynamic and fast-moving environment, preferably in Nigerian real estate.
    • Financial/commercial management exposure and strategic perspective.
    • Problem-solving skills and collaborative approach.
    • Good sales and negotiation skills with knowledge of team and client relationship management best practices.
    • Excellent data management and record-keeping skills.
