    Receptionist

    Job Description

    • In this role, the ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive excellent service from the moment they walk through our doors.
    • As the receptionist, you will manage the front desk, coordinate appointments, and provide administrative support to our stylists and management team.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet clients warmly as they arrive, provide information about salon services, and answer any questions they may have.
    • Manage and coordinate appointment bookings via phone, messages and walk-ins, ensuring optimal scheduling for both clients and stylists.
    • Handle incoming calls and messages, responding promptly and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
    • Process client payments for services and retail products, manage cash transactions, and balance the register at the end of each day.
    • Assist clients with purchasing hair care products, provide product knowledge, and track inventory levels.
    • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients.
    • Update and maintain accurate client records in the salon’s booking system.
    • Relay messages between clients and stylists, ensuring clear communication regarding appointments, services, and any special requests.

    Personal Assistant

    Job Description

    • In this role, The Personal Assistant will work closely with the Creative Director, handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
    • This role requires a high level of discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a strong interest in the beauty and fashion industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the Creative Director’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and personal commitments. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the owner.
    • Act as a liaison between the Creative Director and clients.
    • Schedule client appointments, send reminders, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Assist with the management of salon operations, including inventory tracking, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships.
    • Assist in managing the salon’s social media accounts, posting content, and responding to inquiries. Help coordinate marketing efforts and promotions.
    • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses and managing invoices.
    • Coordinate events, promotions, and special activities at the salon, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
    • Handle personal errands and tasks for the Creative Director as needed, such as shopping, reservations, and other personal matters.
