    Regional Sales Manager (South West, Nigeria)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Preparing regional quarterly and yearly sales plans and quota in alignment with business objectives.
    • Key player on our sales leadership team collaborating with the National Sales Manager (NSM) and reps in the Southwest region;
    • Lead all aspects of sales, including strategy development & execution; pipeline development; conversions; target-setting; sales processes; and team recruitment, training, and motivation; developing relevant sales policies in the Southwest region;
    • Preparing and submitting regular sales activity, sales and forecast reports to the NSM 
    • Lead the expansion of the business, including prioritizing new locations, leading city launches, and ensuring strong performance in the Southwest region;
    • Undertake regional business review and analysis to identify threats and opportunities with recommendations of mitigation plans;
    • Develop and lead new sales channels and initiatives in the Southwest region;
    • Directly develop relationships with key customers in the Southwest region and maintain a Key Opinion Leader database and stakeholder management plan to ensure superior perception of OGA Pharmacy;
    • Actively solicit customer feedback to drive improvements in the Southwest region;
    • Ensure that direct report are using appropriate tools to drive sales, including using technology to measure results; leverage data insights to drive sales results in the Southwest region;
    • Study and derive appropriate lessons for OGAPharmacy from competitor offerings & sales approach in the Southwest region; 
    • Maintain productive relationship with internal stakeholders - marketing team on new customer development & the increase of average basket size; collaborate closely with supply chain on the fulfilment of orders & formulary list expansion; collaborate with finance on credit & ensure receivables are effectively managed within the Southwest region;
    • Efficiently manage, coach and mentor team members to help improve performance and make immediate to long term impact on their development as well as company performance
    • Serve as an active and engaged leadership team member

    Procurement and Planning Manager

    About the Role 

    • We are looking for a Procurement Manager who is analytical, team-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated, and experienced in pharmaceutical procurement.
    • You will play a crucial role in assisting to optimizing the procurement process at Lifestores to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of products.
    • Your primary responsibility will be to support the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating and coordinating the procurement activities while adhering to industry regulations and quality standards. 

    Job Responsibilities 

    •  Developing, leading, and executing procurement and planning  strategies
    • Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
    •  Prioritizing, sourcing, negotiating SLAs with suppliers, engaging and onboarding new suppliers
    • Crafting negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms.
    • Partnering with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.
    • Performing cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
    • Assessing, managing, and mitigating inventory  planning and procurement  risks
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the procurement needs and requirements of customers
    • Maintaining strong relations with existing suppliers and new suppliers.
    • Conducting demand/ reorder planning, negotiating for improved Items 
    • Assisting in sourcing, evaluating and selection of suppliers/vendors based on quality, cost, delivery 
    • Following up on orders sent to suppliers to ensure on-time delivery 
    • Ensuring full availability of products, securing promotional discounts from suppliers 
    • Conducting price reviews 
    • Updating the OGA Pharmacy formulary list and ensuring new products are updated on Pharm IQ
    • Develop demand forecasts  at multiple levels of aggregation. Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
    • Ensure that risks to business are escalated with Root cause analysis and recommendations for mitigation.
    • Map out demand drivers assumed in forecast & validate them against statistical and historical events. Lead forecast bias and forecast error corrective action.
    • Influence the team performance by challenging the workflow of the Demand and Supply Planning process

    Quality Assurance Engineer

    Job Responsibility

    • Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality   
    • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases   
    • Document results of tests for the software development team   
    • Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience   
    • Monitor debugging process results   
    • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved   
    • Test current products and identify deficiencies   
    • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts   
    • Develop and monitor performance metrics for all stages of the production process   
    • Liaise with internal teams (i.e developers and product managers) to identify system requirements and ensure consistent project execution   
    • Plan, create and manage the overall quality planning strategy  
    • Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement. 
    • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
