    Experienced Supermarket Supervisor

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Be fully aware and positively promote the Mission, Vision and Values of the supermarket
    • Work rotating shifts, evenings and weekends.
    • Assist the Supermarket Manager with store operations including supervision of Team Members engaged in sales work, take inventories, reconcile cash with sales receipts, maintain operate records, and prepare daily record of transactions.
    • Handle customer/donor complaints appropriately.
    • In addition to supervisory function, perform store clerk, processing and cashier duties as needed.
    • Ensure quality customer service is provided to all customers, donors and Team Members.
    • Follow all customer service guidelines; strive to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
    • Greet customers/donors, assist them in all ways possible, and ensure they feel appreciated.
    • Answer customer’s questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
    • Coordinate production needs to maintain adequate supplies to meet store needs.

    Experienced Arcade Supervisor

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Ensure customers receive warm welcome and exceptional customer services.
    • Guide or give proper explanation of workings of each game to the customers.
    • Ensure customers operate each game in line with standard guidelines.
    • Oversee the maintenance of the arcade games.
    • Monitor customers’ consciousness to hygiene in the arcade.
    • Ensure maximum safe and secure environment for the customers and staff.
    • Ensure all games are properly maintained and working perfectly at all times.
    • Resolve all complaints and concerns of the customers.
    • Report any suspicious customers/persons to the security officer for necessary action.

    Academic Qualification and Skills

    • HND / B.Sc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years working experience in a gaming environment.
    • Good communication skill i.e both verbal and written.
    • Ability to explain the operations of the arcade to customers’ effectively.
    • Attention to details and sociable personality.
    • Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.

    Experienced IT / HR Officer

    Responsibilities
    Summary of HR Responsibilities:

    • Reviews and verifies incoming and outgoing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established policies and procedures and applicable state and federal regulations.
    • Resolves or assists in the resolution of policy-related, process-related, or procedural problems and/or inquiries received from department representatives, employees and/or applicants, and external agencies, as appropriate to the nature of the role.
    • Performs specialized technical tasks, such as pre-posting dialogues, first level screening/interviewing of applicants, preparation of vacancy announcements, surveys and statistical analyses, and/or participation in informational presentations, as appropriate to the department's operational objectives.
    • Prepares documents and composes correspondence, as required, on specific policy and procedural issues.
    • Gathers information, conducts basic data analysis, and assists in the development and reconciliation of reports.
    • Performs specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested.
    • Provides assistance and coordination in the development and maintenance of specialized human resources data bases, enterprise resource planning systems computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
    • As appropriate to the work requirements of the unit, may coordinate and monitor the continuous recruitment process for specified client constituencies.
    • Participates in the investigation and resolution of HR issues within area of expertise; serves as the primary liaison with external agencies in the resolution of specific employee concerns, as appropriate to the focus of the role.
    • Participates in the planning and coordination of specified HR programs and initiatives for faculty and staff

    Summary of IT Responsibilities:

    • Carry out Installation of hardware and troubleshoot computer issues.
    • Maintaining working components through repair or replacement.
    • Daily backup of all database files and documents.
    • Assisting call-ins or live chat with technical difficulties
    • Updating malware protection devices to prevent viruses or computer hacking.
    • Monitoring clicks, links, usability and overall status of the company webpage, landing pages and supporting pages
    • Provide administrative support for the General Manager’s office e.t.c

    Academic Qualification and Skills

    • HND or B.Sc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering / Business Administration
    • Minimum of 2 years working experience on the same capacity.
    • Any IT Certifications (CCNA, MCSE. e.t.c).
    • Ability to troubleshoot and maintenance of hardware.
    • Attention to details and good record management
    • Proficiency in the use of Corel Draw and Photoshop.
    • Proficiency in the use of wordpress and elemento.
    • Proficiency with LAN network, routers, switches and servers.
    • Proficiency with office application.

    IT Officer

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Carry out Installation of hardware/software and troubleshoot computer issues.
    • Maintain network components across all locations.
    • Carry out regular backup of all data i.e files and documents.
    • Ensure all devices are adequately protected against any external attack or harking.
    • Make Graphics designs for the LED and other Sunrise/ Bond Mall related task.
    • Provide regular report on the state of infrastructures i.e IT and other related equipment.
    • Handle basic HR/Admin function at the branch.

    Academic Qualification and Skills

    • HND or BSC In Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 4 years working experience in the same capacity.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve all hardware/software issues.
    • Proficiency in the use of Corel Draw, Photoshop and Office application.
    • Proficiency with LAN network, routers, switches and servers.
    • Attention to detail and good record management.
