    Bids Business Development Officer

    Job Description:

    We are looking for a Business Development Officer to develop and implement growth strategies for the achievement of revenue growth fora shipping company in Abuja with its head branch in Minnesota, USA.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform marketing research to identify new businesses
    • Engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
    • Create and improve proposals for both new and existing clients.
    • Negotiate timelines and budgets.
    • Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, clients, and business partners.
    • Strategize with a team to keep track of business trends
    • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience
    • The candidate must be Hausa speaking and writing
    • Must be an expert in writing and developing proposals
    • Must have been winning contracts through that medium
    • An experience inTender and Biding Contracts is an added advantage

    Remuneration: NGN80,000 - 150,000

    Female Accountant

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Cross-examines assigned financial records and statements of the company for accuracy
    • Submits detailedfinancial records to management when neccessary
    • Inspects the budget and general ledger for assigned departments and accounts, ensuring that funds are available, and expenditures are assigned correctly.
    • Reviews and/or assists with preparation of financial statements and records provided to federal, state, and internal auditors and similar personnel.
    • As needed, assists with accounting duties for and corrections to listed financial records.
    • As appropriate, identifies and recommends updates to accounting systems and procedures.
    • Assists as needed with preparation of annual financial reports.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Expert knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
    • Detail oriented.
    • Proficient with accounting software.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
    • Should be able to exercise critical thinking when neccessary

    Female Customer Relationship Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Build Relationships with Key Employees among Customers
    • Create Plans to Address Clients’ Business Needs
    • Schedule Regular Meetings with Customers to Ensure They Are Satisfied
    • Act as Point Of Contact for Complaints and Escalate Issues As Appropriate
    • Help Sales Team Up-Sell or Cross-Sell Services and Products
    • Ensure Both the Company and Clients Adhere To Contract Terms
    • Collaborate With Internal Teams (E.G. Sales, Planning, Senior Management) To Address Customers’ Needs

    Required skills:

    • Proven experience of 3 to 6 years as a client coordinator or client relationship manager
    • Background in customer service and cosmetics manufacturing industry knowledge is a plus
    • Experience tracking relevant KPIS (e.g. customer satisfaction)
    • A customer-oriented attitude
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Problem-solving aptitude
    • Ability to work well with a team
