    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical and Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in the plastic chair manufacturing industry, particularly in operating and maintaining Haitian Machines.
    • This multifaceted role involves overseeing both mechanical and electrical aspects to ensure the efficient and high-quality production of plastic chairs.
    • The responsibilities include leading maintenance efforts, implementing process improvements, optimizing production efficiency, ensuring quality and safety, and maintaining meticulous documentation in both mechanical and electrical engineering aspects.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair efforts on Haitian Machines to ensure peak performance.
    • Innovate and implement maintenance strategies for both mechanical and electrical components, optimizing machine uptime.
    • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and waste minimization in all production phases.
