    Sales Administrative Officer 

    A health and nutrition service company is recruiting Sales Administrative Officer

    Job duties

    • Sales and salesmen administration, assistance and support
    • Assist the sales team with the Commercial Manager
    • Provide commercial support to sales team 
    • Assist the Commercial Director by collecting and analyzing all sales information for weekly reporting
    • Assist the Commercial Director to create and organize commercial meetings, sales actions, show cases and exhibitions according to the commercial action plan
    • Scheduling, organizing and managing commercial trainings and external events with the Commercial Director, and the General manager if necessary
    • Drive all necessary information from, or to the salesmen team (reminder, new sales actions, Commercial Director requests…)
    • Drive all incoming customer calls
    • ERP-Odoo assistance 
    • Establish and manage on Odoo-system sales databases (Entering information): enter customer information sheets, establish quotes, invoices, delivery slips, waybill.
    • Establish reconciliation (with the support of the inventory manager) between the product delivered (delivery slips) and the invoices issued.
    • Establish reconciliation between invoices and payments with the support of the accounting manager
    • Calculate from Odoo-ERP data the sales commissions and report them to the Commercial Director
    • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data from Odoo-ERP.
    • Monitor on-lines sales on Odoo-ERP

    Requirement

    • HND/B.sc Business Administration or related course of study
    • Strong Experience in data analysis
    • Experiences in sales administration, data collecting and as salesman Strong informatics skills and practice
    • Master office automation tools (excel, word, power point)

    We are recruiting a Warehouse Keeper for our client, a health and nutrition service company.

    Job Brief

    Logistic and inventory management

    Job Duties

    1.      Organize, manage and control incoming products flows from the docks or another warehouse) and out coming products flows (to customer delivery or to another warehouse)

    • Plan deliveries to customers according to the order (number of bags, weight, delivery times and locations, availability of carriers and the Feed Avenue truck)
    • Qualitatively and quantitatively control the goods received and the goods to be delivered
    • Monitor carriers' performance criteria (delivery times, quality of service, compliance with delivery conditions, reliability, etc.)
    • Negotiate alternatives with carriers in the event of a major problem or in an emergency
    • Set up and/or complete transport documentation in relation with customers delivery and storage 
    • Manage unloading of products at the warehouse
    • Manage, pilot and facilitate the management of stocks in the warehouse
    • Manage and monitor products inventory level (Carry out permanent inventories
    • Manage and monitor products in the warehouse and/or in movement
    • Optimize timelines
    • Ensure organization of the warehouses according to a FIFA process (inflows and outflows, reception, traffic and departure of deliveries plans
    • Set up weekly activity reports: flows, stocks, costs, … 
    • Keep the warehouse tidy and well organized 
    • Notify management within 24 hours maximum of any damage to the integrity of stored products
    • Take all the necessary measures in agreement with the management to permanently keep the goods in correct hygienic and sanitary conditions (cleaning, pest control,…).
    • Insure that all security related to rubber, fire…are respected
    • Keep the forklift in perfect condition and ensure all maintenance required
    • Ensure with the support of the Salesmen control and report the warehouse activity 
    • Monitor and control the sales orders: track sales and forecasts to ensure product availability and oversee order picking.
    • Ensure and control the compliance of the regulation of products’ storage
    • Plan and organize all deliveries to customers according to sales & payment frame
    • Customer service & relation on the delivery planning. 

    Key requirement

    • Knowledge of supply chain, especially in storage and transport carrier of goods (Transport suppliers, networks, market prices….)

    Head Group Logistics In-Land

    We are filling the role of Head Group Logistics In-Land for our client, a health and nutrition service company.

    Management of Logistic in-land /Transport / Delivery / Stock inventory

    Job duties

    Management of domestic logistics activities

    • The HGLI is the manager of all in-land logistics operations, between all the company’s sites, its suppliers and customers. It covers all intra and inter sites flows in Nigeria.
    • Ensures compliance and the follow-up of the necessary actions within the warehouses to guarantee compliance with administrative and legal requirements (would be in charge of supervising the NAFDAC works necessary in the warehouses for the re-bagging).

    Logistics teams’ Management anages all the teams directly or indirectly linked to in-land logistics operations (from the arrival of imported products to delivery to customers).

    • Directly manages the Domestic Transport, Stock & Inventory Manager (Hierarchical Level +1) and indirectly the warehouse keepers (HL +2).
    • Specifically supervises and controls the 4 mains missions of the Domestic Transport, Stock & Inventory Manager precised below:
    • Organization, management and control of all incoming products flows by sea 
    • Management, and monitoring of stocks in each distribution center
    • Management and control of all the domestic flows from product 
    • Reception, dispatch and delivery between the different storage points (Support of the Salesmen on the logistic field).
    • Supervisory and coordination functions, and is in direct contact with the Import, Finance and sales department of the company, as well as with the external services providers.

    Logistics Strategy

    • Responsible for designing and organizing logistics strategies with the purpose of ensuring the flow of products and goods from their arrival at the dock in Nigeria (or from suppliers in Nigeria) until their distribution.
    • Operates with a constant desire to optimize quality/costs/deadlines
    • Decides on the possible outsourcing of storage and transport. He manages relations with service providers and proposes specific agreements to be put in place with transport companies, with the support of the Finance and Administrative Manager.

    Logistics Performance Management

    • Beyond operational responsibilities, he is a referent within the company on methodologies and tools for improving logistics performance.
    • Design and implement actions, plans approved by the MD to reduce costs, lead times and stocks, and to best satisfy customers.
    • Use practices from Lean manufacturing, pull flow systems and FIFO concepts in the management of products in stocks.
    • Checks the good coordination and its improvement, if necessary, between the sales team and the customer deliveries.
    • Supervises the compliance of the operating processes between the two teams (invoices/Delivery/ Delivery Slip).
    • Within the sites, its main objective is:
    • To reduce “sleeping stocks” of goods and finished products;
    • To optimize the transport costs;
    • To implement delivery schedules in order to reduce costs but also to avoid managing urgent payments;
    • To plan and organize unloading of customs-cleared containers in the warehouses (with the support of the Domestic Transport, Stock & Inventory Manager) and the Warehouse keepers.
    • Works in close collaboration with the Financing, Import & Administrative Operations Manager on the aspects of cost reduction and processes to put in place.

    Job Requirement

    • A graduate of reputable higher institution
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics, transport and Supply chain
    • Wide experience on the logistics field
    • Planning and inventory management skills
    • Performance monitoring experience and skills
    • Skill and knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Pull flow system and FIFO management;
    • Analysis and synthesis abilities;
    • Master office automation tools (excel, word, power point)
    • Abilities in the management of problems or emergency cases.
    • Valid Driving license
