    Dealer Market Development Specialist

    Job Summary

    • A leading FMCG Paper Packaging company in Nigeria Is looking for an experienced and dedicated Dealer Market Development Specialist to lead our Dealer Market segment. The ideal Candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic Sales Plans, Managing Dealer relationships, and driving the revenue growth of the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Ability to access the potential of the market
    • Determine the right dealers to grow the market
    • Set targets and help the dealers achieve them
    • Corporate with dealers to grow the business
    • Monitor market trends and provide information on competitors’ activities and adjust sales strategies
    • Create new dealers for each major city within and outside of Lagos State.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposal reports.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to align strategies and enhance market presence.
    • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.

    Requirements and Skills

    • 5- 10 years of working experience as a Sales Manager and 3 - 4 years in the Dealer Market Section.
    • BSC/HND in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
    • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager,
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
    • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Good proficiency in the use of MS packages most especially excel

    General Manager / Head Operations

    Job Summary

    • To effectively supervise and co-ordinate the transactions of Head Office operations, Head office Branch Co-ordination team, that translates to excellent customer services that align with the Bank’s overall value proposition as well as formulation of Central operations strategy in line with the Bank wide Operations Strategy.

    Job Requirements

    • A minimum of 20 years banking experience in Operations (incorporating international, foreign, treasury, branch and domestic operations)
    • A good first degree from a reputable educational institution
    • Master’s degree and a professional qualification will be an added advantage

    Responsibilities

    • Continuous review and alignment of operations processes and functions through bench marking with competitors in same industry.
    • Provide motivational leadership to the operations team and continually enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
    • Provide clean and balanced books for the Bank to minimze Operational loss from unreconciled GLs.
    • Ensure adequate interactions with Regulators and stakeholders alike for better operations service delivery.
    • Ensures that operations process outcomes are in harmony with the organization’s strategic goals.
    • Identify and propose (where necessary) international best practices for operations and support functions.
    • Ensure full compliance with various Banking regulations (local and international) in transaction processing within the Branch, Head office operations and other units.
    • Monitor and ensure that Bank-wide policies (personnel, admin and control policies) are strictly adhered to at branch and Head Office Operational levels.
    • Constantly review operations processes for service improvements.
    • Ensure there are no regulatory infractions in any of the Operations and Support functions.
    • Set and monitor performance against pre-agreed goals and objectives for all units in operations group
    • Ensure effective control of central procurement and services practices and procedures to conform to global best practice as well as the Bank’s policy. 
    •  To ensure that all functional activities of the procurement and services department are done in accordance with best practice and the Bank’s strategic and operational requirements are within policy in order to promote operational efficiency and effectiveness in the most cost-effective manner.
