 Job Responsibilities

• To be familiar with all equipment’s in plants, maintain all maintenance equipment’s accurate documents integrity and equipment history database reachable
• Carrying out planned maintenance programmes on a wide range of equipment with emphasis on compressor, generators, diesel engines, pumps and hydraulics
• Responsible for maintenance for all rotating and static equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement Mechanical Integrity work, troubleshooting, repair for all equipment
• Knowledge of the construction and maintenance of large and complex rotating equipment
• Identify Mechanical critical equipment and critical spare parts for the facility
• Repair and overhaul pumps
• Familiarization with Equipment Alignment methods a plus -(Laser preferred)
• Assist Maintenance Lead in maintaining equipment manuals

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering and have experience in mechanical maintenance in a Manufacturing industry with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

• Ensure monitoring on logbooks, checklists, ISO documentations and SAP.
• Evaluation of machine failure and root cause analysis
• Establish rhythm for departmental reporting and discipline.
• Ensure allotted jobs to be finished within time bound with safety precautions.
• Job allotment for team and collaboration with team
• Cost saving and technical suggestion for improvement of machine performance.
• Energy efficient operation and maintenance of equipment efficiency.

Qualifications/requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering 
• Experience in Mechanical maintenance in a Manufacturing/Process industry with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Sound experience in mechanical rotary and static equipment.
• Good operational experience in utility and ETP plants.

• Carry out routine instrument checks for compliance
• Calibrate, operate, maintain, troubleshoot all instruments
• Calibration of the plant gas analyzer
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and install all plant electrical and instrument equipment

Qualifications/requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical and Electronics Engineering 
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in field instrumentation.
• Working knowledge of SAP.

 Job Responsibilities

• To be able to participate in the plant shut-down, start-up 
• Troubleshooting in emergency such as power failure and process upsets.
• Taking timely remedial actions in case of process alarms and ensuring safety of plant and personnel
• Performing risk assessments, optimization test and process simulations
• Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
• Should have experience in DCS controlling operation
• Generate periodic logs/Reports and calling displays, taking hard copies and storing important information with respect to ISO standards
• Co-ordinate with service/maintenance department for day - day operations

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree or HND in Chemical Engineering and have experience in polyethylene Terephthalate plant production or any Petrochemical company with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
