Responsibilities:·

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet quality and efficiency standards.

• Implement production schedules and monitor workflow to meet production targets.

• Maintain records and reports related to production performance.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar FMCG industry
• Knowledge of snack production processes and quality control.
• Commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
