Salary: ₦150,000 per month

Responsibilities:·

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Ensure the use of high-quality ingredients, advanced machines, and techniques in the    production process.
• Maintain a safe and environmentally responsible manufacturing environment.
• Implement production schedules and monitor workflow to meet production targets.
• Train and mentor production staff to uphold our quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and innovation.
• Maintain records and reports related to production performance.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar FMCG industry
• Knowledge of snack production processes and quality control.
• Commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
