    Job Summary

    We are hiring an HR officer with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Responsibilities

    The HR Officer among other duties, will:

    • Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacant positions, and manage our client’s employment process.

    • Orientate new employees and train existing ones.

    • Monitoring employee performance.

    • Ensure that all employees are organised and satisfied in their work environment.

    • Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

    Revenue Officer

    ROLE PURPOSE

    Responsible for meter set up, debt migration and resolving post metering issues in the across the Business Units

    ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Set up of all Prepaid accounts on the vending platforms (CIS & Ultima) according to set guidelines.
    • Ensure customer’s debt are migrated within SLA.
    • Responsible for analyzing and interpreting customer complaints by using statistical techniques to resolve it.
    • Review reconciliation documents from the business Units for set up of new customers based on agreed policy.
    • Responsible for handling customer vending related issues escalated via CRM platform.
    • Trouble shoot and resolve offline customer’s profile-related issues.
    • Provide analytical support on weekly token reconciliation across the business unit.
    • Ensure credit/debit adjustment are implemented accurately based on the requests are sent from business units.
    • Ensure accurate prepaid data collection & implementation to reduce error and optimize efficiency.
    • Ensure all payment reversal confirmed by Treasury/BU Finance Unit are implemented within SLA.
    • Comply with Quality Management System / Occupation Health & Safety requirements including objectives and applicable regulations relating to assigned jobs
    • Carrying out all other functions as designated in line with achieving the departmental objectives

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

    • First degree in Social science/ Engineering.
    • Requires 0 - 3 years post qualification experience.

    Job description:

    • Meet guests when they arrive and get them settled in their rooms
    • Anticipate guests’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.
    • Have a thorough understanding of all spirits and specialty foods in stock
    • Assess and restock wine and spirit collections as necessary
    • Serve meals and pour drinks for guests
    • Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for guests
    • Run errands for guests when necessary
    • Ensure guests’ rooms are clean and tidy up when necessary
    • Recommend and arrange amenities for guests
    • See guests off when they check out
    • Always remain well-groomed
    • Keep up to date on all hotel policies on safety and hygiene
    • Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanour

    Job requirement
