    Growth Manager

    Location: Jakande, Lagos
    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Onsite)
    Salary: ₦250,000 - ₦300,000 NET (HMO, Leave Allowance, Pension after probation)

    Job Overview:

    The Growth Manager will drive sales by onboarding a diverse group of realtors to sell company properties. The ideal candidate must be familiar with the real estate industry, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and demonstrate the ability to persuade and retain realtors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to onboard and retain realtors.
    • Build and manage a network of realtors and professionals within the real estate sector.
    • Lead sales initiatives to drive business growth and increase property sales.
    • Persuade, teach, and retain realtors to effectively meet business goals.
    • Communicate and negotiate effectively to foster strong relationships with realtors.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth management (preferably in real estate).
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and execute business-aligned strategies.

    Finance Manager

    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Onsite)
    Salary: ₦300,000 NET (No other benefits)

    Job Overview:

    The Finance Manager will oversee the financial management, treasury, accounting, budgeting, performance analysis, payroll, and financial reporting functions of the company. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial activities while proactively identifying opportunities for financial sustainability and improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage company-wide financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

    • Lead the treasury management and ensure accurate financial reporting.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with 3 years in a financial institution (preferably microfinance).
    • Strong understanding of financial management within microfinance institutions.

    Additional Information:

    The candidate must be based in or near Lekki and must have experience working in a microfinance institution.
