    Fleet Officer - West & East

    Financial Reporting Manager

    • Responsible for GL accounting and reporting of all transactions, Capex management, and audit process with emphasis on adding value, and providing superior decision support to the Business.
    • Provide relevant and appropriate analysis and interrogation of business unit results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and give valuable input in the budgeting and forecasting processes required.

    Responsibilities

    • Interpret and analyze financial information posted to general ledger accounts
    • Working closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of CAPEX on ERP
    • Coordinate and prepare Capex reports for BUs. Analyse and review actual spending against budgeted Capex and commentary on performance, progress, and reasons for variances.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field with cognate years of experience.
    • A member of ACCA or ACA.
    • Proven experience with process documentation of accounting procedures and internal controls in a dynamic environment.
    • Possess a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
    • Ability to read and interpret accounting rules and guidance as well as perform research and conduct investigations as necessary.
    • Knowledge of IFRS and other applicable Accounting Standards
    • Adequate knowledge of applicable tax laws (VAT, WHT, and CGT)

    Safety & Patrol Officer - West & East

    • Demonstrate competency in the use of MS Tools to report weekly and monthly stewardship
    • Ensure the visibility of trucks on the tracking radar and respond especially on cases of product diversion and route violations.

    Qualifications and Key Competencies

    • B.Sc. / HND in Environmental Sciences and Engineering or any related field.
    • ISPON Membership and QMS Certification with a minimum of 5 years experience in a reputable logistics
    • Experience with FRSC or Traffic Agency would be an added advantage
    • Must be a licensed driver with a valid Nigerian Driver’s License, able to drive a manual vehicle, and have a passion for route-riding and patrolling.

    Business Data Analyst

    • Supports the Business Performance team to ensure all trips documentations are collected and stored electronically for billing purposes.
    • Also assist with collating and updating daily reports including trip movement sheet, availability reports, reconciliations, and billing of clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with Fleet/Logistics Officers to ensure trip documents and PODs are storedelectronically for reconciliation purposes.
    • Work closely with Fleet/Logistics Officers to generate daily mileage reports per location and relate same to the BPM
    • Send daily availability/Mileage/TAT/Optimisation report to the BPM
    • Support the invoicing and billing functions by running weekly/monthly compliance reports on trip data capture on the Dynamics and Transport Management System for the Logistics Team
    • Support the timely invoicing and billing of assigned clients by ensuring completed data captured in the ERP are retrieved and updated in the applicable working templates and reconciling with clients’ representatives for final submission at fortnights and month ends.
    • Capture accurate mileages and TAT for all trips done by the fleet to mitigate revenue loss to the barest minimum.
    • Work closely with Finance partner, HR, and compensation Managers to capture accurate DeliveryOfficers’ productivity.
    • Work closely with the Fleet/Logistics Officers to monitor closely, the activities of Delivery Officers’ Breakages level to mitigate the occurrence.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • B.Sc. Social Sciences or any related field
    • Minimum of 3 years experience data analytical cognate experience
    • Strong and engaging communication skills, written and verbal.
    • Ability to identify and work with specific data that will be decisive in strategic business management.
    • Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Research Results, Confidentiality, and Time Management skills.
    • Knowledge of how to use important tools such as Power BI, databases, SQL language, and others.
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
