    Enterprise Sales Executive (Connectivity Consultant)

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a high-performing Snr. Enterprise Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

    Responsibilities

    • Prospecting for new sales and opportunities
    • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources
    • Designing and implementing a strategic business/sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status
    • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
    • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
    • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
    • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
    • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
    • Manage customer portfolio to maximize relationship building opportunities.

    Requirements

    • BSc/MSc Degree in business administration or a related field; certification in sales or marketing will bean asset.
    • Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
    • Proven working experience as a project administratorin the information technology sector
    • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
    • Excellent verbal and communication skills with proficiency in English Language
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

    Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • Manage, Supervise, and boost the sales of Salespersons/Connectivity Consultants
    • Leading the team toward target achievement.
    • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers.

    Duties

    • Position reporting to the Head of, Enterprise Division
    • Manage and supervise the sales of the team reference the sales acquisition process and tools (via PIF and reports)
    • Supervise and advise on the solution proposed to prospects following the PIF (Prospect Information Form).
    • Lead, supervise, motivate and closely monitor the team.
    • Prepare and execute a sales plan to increase sales, with attention to detail and follow-through.
    • Reports to the HOD on activities of the teams/achievements periodically.
    • Maintain required record-keeping and reporting of sales and services activities.
    • Demonstrate a customer-driven attitude through excellent knowledge of products, services, and rates and professionally represent the product and company.
    • Liaising with customers and including actual selling, maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s services, and keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
    • Training of the sales team reference the sales Handbook.
    • Ensure all schemes and procedures launched by the company are pushed to the maximum with full compliance by team members.
    • Also ensure the team members are at their best optimal level in terms of sales, administrative responsibilities, processes, and physical outlook.
    • Manage and supervise the presales team on inquiry assignments, telemarking, documentation, and reporting of the sales activities.
    • Manage and supervise the service delivery team.
    • Other duties assigned as assigned by the HOD/GM.

    Personal Responsibilities:

    • Report directly to the HOD Enterprise Sales
    • Responsible for all the operational tasks of the sales department.
    • To be punctual to the daily schedule and ensure the same of team members.
    • To be part of the team during weekends and public holidays when needed
    • To attend to customers' inquiries with professionalism and empathy
    • Responsible for achieving any assignment given by the HOD/GM
    • Keeping up to date with departmental and company notifications via Emails, Notice boards, and other mediums.

    NOC Engineer (Field)

    Job Objective

    • Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineers monitor large computer networks and servers for problems from a central location. They analyze problems, perform troubleshooting and incident response on the system, communicate with site technicians and track problems through to resolution.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform general “system administration” tasks on all elements of the network.
    • Discover problem areas which could negatively impact system performance or customer satisfaction
    • Proactively monitor network and system performance.
    • Analyze traffic data and trends and escalate areas of concern to the network design authority.
    • Escalate problems to third level support (Problem management team) where these cannot be resolved within the Network Operations Centre (NOC).
    • Perform general “system administration” tasks on all elements of the network.
    • Perform network surveillance 24/7, respond to network - reported and customer - reported problems
    • Take ownership to ensure that all problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Manage problem resolution using network monitoring/management tools
    • Monitor key suppliers service levels and highlight where Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are not being met.

    Academic Qualification

    • BSc / HND in Computer Science/ Engineering or other related Course

    Experience:

    • 2+ years’ experience as network engineer preferable in an ISP/Telco environment.

    Key Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Capable of making solid, fact-based decisions under pressure.
    • Ability to work well in an international, multi-cultural, and high-pressure technical environment.
    • Technical experience in a telecommunications or network operations environment.
    • Very Good understanding of wireless communications Technology
    • Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification.
    • Interested candidates must be able to work on a 24/7 shift Rotation
