    Content Creator

    Job Purpose

    • This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives.
    • You will manage our entire social media presence, create engaging content, and foster a strong online community to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversations.

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research platform, determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
    • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
    • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
    • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
    • Create high-quality, engaging content (written, visual, and video) for our various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
    • Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
    • Collaborate with other departments (Experiential) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
    • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, track engagement, and provide regular reports to the COO.
    • Promptly report problems relating to online portals to the department head.
    • Devise and implement community communication initiatives.
    • Grow our social followings through various strategies.
    • Represent our brand at events and trade shows when needed.

    Education, Experience and Skillset

    • Degree in Arts, Creative or any other related field.
    • Have working knowledge and experience in social media and web content management system (CMS) e.g. Joomla, WordPress, Drupal etc.
    • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
    • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
    • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
    • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Must be computer literate.
    • Good written and oral communication skills.
    • Must be a team player.
    • Creativity.

    Videographer / Photographer

    Job Purpose

    • Specializes in shooting clear, dynamic high-definition videos of different events, making them presentable to clients. The videographer/photographer is responsible for planning and filming videos, taking and editing pictures, coordinating with clients to learn any preferences or particular requests, capturing and recording from the best angle, and producing results quickly and accurately.

    Responsibilities

    • Operates video cameras, on location or in the studio, in the production of professional pre-recorded programming.
    • Designs, transports, sets up, and operates production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions.
    • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform repairs to audio and video equipment.
    • Take pictures.
    • Set up photographic equipment.
    • Editing and retouching images.
    • Reproducing and framing photographs.
    • Plan the shoot with the creative team and the client.
    • Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.
    • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • SSCE, Diploma, Certificate or degree in film, art, videography or related field.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Creative and passionate about creating stories or messages through film and video
    • Relative fitness and stamina to work long hours
    • Attention to details and ability to provide direction
    • Proficiency with camera equipment.
    • 2 years experience in cinematography

    Video Editor

    Job Description

    • To handle the post-production phase of creating videos or films.
    • Bring together raw footage and media and edit these to form videos that are fully ready for viewing.
    • The video editors who hold the finished videos to high standards, aim for coherent storylines, seamless transitions, visual appeal, and alignment with creative vision.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Splice raw film footage together from various sources and shoots, and combine it with other scenes to create a cohesive story
    • Evaluate edited footage to make sure it matches the story from the script and meets the narrative agenda of the producer and director
    • Edit footage into timelines and cut time out of certain shots to create a more impactful story for the audience
    • Combine visual footage with audio sound effects, dialogue, ambient sound and a musical soundtrack to create more drama
    • Use computer editing software programs, video switching devices, digital video effects programs and other tools to piece together video components
    • Ensure all editing cuts, splices, changes and additions appear seamless and natural and help the story flow more effectively in the finished product
    • Create sound effects by recording specific audio clips or choose audio effects from a database of sounds to include in the final video
    • Discuss project timeline, narrative structure, story goals and more with the director and any producers as the project is edited

    Job Requirements

    • SSCE, Diploma, Certificate or degree in film, art, videography or related
    • Excellent computer literacy
    • Proficient in editing softwares, such as: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Elements, Adobe Premiere Rush and Corel Video Studio Ultimate.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Relative fitness and stamina to work long hours
    • Proficiency with camera equipment.
