    Finance Assistant

    Responsibilities
    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Provide clerical assistance for Tax reporting.
    • Assist with the preparation of ad hoc and other internal reports.
    • Timely processing of payments to vendors
    • Preparation and submission of invoices
    • Follow up with clients on receivables and related WHT receipts.
    • Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
    • Monthly Bank reconciliation
    • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
    • Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
    • Input financial data and produce reports using Excel and Accounting software
    • Confirmation of payments receipt via various payment portals.
    • Raising and forwarding of Payment Vouchers for Cash Advances and Reimbursements.
    • Other tasks assigned by the finance manager

    Essential Requirements

    • BSc in Accounting.
    • 1-2-year post-NYSC experience (Experience in a consulting firm is an advantage).
    • Commutable distance to Lekki Phase 1.

    Sales / Recruitment Consultant

    Job Description 

    • Sales/Recruitment consultants are responsible for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. You’ll build positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of your client’s recruitment needs and requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • As a recruitment consultant, you’re the vital link between clients and candidates. The role involves:
    • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
    • Communicating with clients to build and develop positive relationships with them.
    • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as newspapers, websites and magazines.
    • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.
    • Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
    • Using candidate database to match the right person to the client’s vacancy.
    • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
    • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated.

    What we are Looking for?

    • Bachelor’s Degree or above in a Business-related course.
    • Not lower than second class lower division degree.
    • Candidates must reside in a commutable distance to Lekki Phase 1
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment. Experience in an international recruitment agency is an added advantage.
    • Persuasive, goal-driven, resilient, passionate and tenacious candidates.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both face-to-face and via telephone.
