    Cloud, Infrastructure and Mobility Pre-Sales Engineer

    JOB DUTIES / DESCRIPTION

    • Engage in a presales technical consultancy role to provide technical assistance and guidance during the presales/sales process by identifying customers 
    • technical and business requirements prior to designing a solution. 
    •  Provide adequate support to the Sales team and drive the business through 
    • effective Presales Engagement in order to achieve set revenue targets. 
    • Articulate the Company’s technology and product portfolio and position it to both 
    • business and technical users. 
    • Consult with technical teams about capabilities and support the business in cross-functional projects to drive organizational advancement. 
    • Communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand. 

    QUALIFICATION / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • A minimum of a B.Eng./B.Tech. in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Computer 
    • Engineering, Information Technology or any related field. 
    • Possesion of ITIL certification.
    • Possession of relevant OEM professional certifications
    • Knowledge of Cloud (Azure, AWS etc.) and ability to architect these solutions. 
    • Sever virtualization technologies (Xenserver, VMware Vsphere, HyperV Nutanix, etc.) 
    • Desktop (VDI) and Application virtualization technologies. 
    • Web application delivery, networking (Loadbalancing – F5, NetScaler etc.) 
    • Knowledge of mobility solutions (Airwatch, Xenmobile, Mass360, Blackberry etc.) 
    • Hardware and storage (HP, IBM, etc.) 
    • Operating systems (windows, Linux, UNIX, power systems – AIX etc.) 
    • Knowledge of backup & recovery and monitoring (infrastructure, application, network etc.) solutions. Demo/POV/POC.

    Cloud, Infrastructure and Mobility System Engineer

    JOB DUTIES / DESCRIPTION

    • Implementation and support of Company’s infrastructural solutions. 
    • Liaising with first & second level support. 
    • Low-level Server Hardware design & roll-out.

    System Engineer

    JOB DUTIES / DESCRIPTION

    • Performs a wide variety of installation, configuration, upgrading software
    • Supporting software (monitoring solution, backup & recovery solutions), servers, and storage in various environment.
    • Provide investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/software and other related infrastructure.
    • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
    • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
    • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
    • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
    • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
    • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
    • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems

    • Experience working in mixed Windows/Linux, database and virtualized/physical server environments.
    • Project Management certification is a big plus
    • Good understanding of System/Servers Administration, IT Service Delivery, Networking, IT Infrastructure.

    Business Support Officer/ Internal QMS Auditor

    JOB DUTIES / DESCRIPTION

    • Facilitate development and maintenance of documented business processes and subsequent training. 
    • Support Data Driven Decision Making through Business Intelligence 
    • Be the business’ liaison with external QMS auditors. 
    • Support the Company in maintaining ISO 9001 certification. 
    • Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans aligned with organizational risk assessments and relevant standards. 
    • A desire to drive business operational improvements and efficiencies and to 
    • confidently report audit findings to Senior Management 
    • Conduct audits of FPG Technologies and Solutions Limited’s QMS based on ISO 90001 standards to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement. 
    • Conduct independent and objective assessments of the QMS, evaluating the design, implementation, and effectiveness of quality management controls... 
    • Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and regulations related to Quality Management through professional development activities and participate in Quality Management continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the QMS. 
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to implement corrective actions effectively. 
    • Explain audit findings and recommendations to management and relevant parties, ensuring understanding and buy-in for proposed actions. 
    • Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment with Quality Management policies, procedures, guidelines, and processes. 
    • Responsible for creating QMS-related Documents/Checklists/Policies/SOPs, 
    • conducting QMS Audits, and driving QMS-related activities.. 
    • Review and update audit methodologies and tools based on emerging threats, best practices, and organizational changes. 
    • Adhere to strict legal and ethical standards and organizational Quality Management policies when handling sensitive data obtained during the audit process. 
    • Report deficiencies and opportunities for improvement to the management. 
    • Produce transparent metrics on QMS performance to inform the whole company. 
    • Provide training and advice on ISO matters and the QMS processes to employees. 
    • Encourage an environment of knowledge sharing, personal development, and continuous improvement

    QUALIFICATION / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree in technology related field or Business Administration. 
    • 3-4 years post NYSC industry experience of which two years in a role or function related to Quality Management Audit. 
    • Certifications in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Implementer 
    • Significant experience in ISO 9001: 2015 standards for consulting, collaboration, implementation & auditing is highly desirable. 
    • Experience planning, preparing, and delivering internal and external audits, including Compliance Audits. 
    • A desire to drive business operational improvements and efficiencies and to 
    • confidently report audit findings to Senior Management. 
    • Demonstrated skill in enhancing operational efficiency. 
    • Time management, organizational, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
    • Proficient in writing clear, concise audit reports with effective communication skills for technical & non-technical audiences. 
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills. A good attitude to teamwork. Ability to establish positive working relationships within a dynamic team. 
    • Able to work independently and with some autonomy. 
    • Good organization skills and detail-oriented mindset.
