    Bar Waiter/Waitress

    What will I be doing?

    As a Bar Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing Guests with food and drinks as requested in an efficient manner and according to proper procedure and bar regulations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

    • Manage an efficiently operated bar shift that is in accordance with the agreed standards and regulations
    • Use every possible opportunity to gain knowledge in all areas of bar supervision
    • Ensure all tables receive their drinks and food as requested
    • Maintain the cleanliness of all equipment used during shifts
    • Maintain cleanliness of the bar and stores to Health, Safety and Hygiene standards at all times
    • Show complete awareness of all the drink and food menus and readiness to explain and recommend food and drink contents
    • Comply with Company Health and Safety, and Fire Regulations and procedures
    • Adhere to the Company disciplinary policy when necessary
    • Maximise revenue and increase average spend per person through upselling, high customer service standards, effective training and motivational techniques
    • Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how beverages are prepared (to recipe) and presented, and how Bar personnel are trained to possess this knowledge and the application of it
    • Meet or exceed the monthly drink profit margin target

    Front Desk Supervisor

    A Front Desk Supervisor supervises the activities managed at the hotel front desk, including check-in/check-out, guest requests, concierge services and promotion of in-house activities.

    What will I be doing?

    As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee the front office activities between the guest, the hotel, and the various hotel departments. A Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities that create the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

    • Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard
    • Ensure your shift team have a current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events
    • Advise your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel that day
    • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work
    • Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing program
    • Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely
    • Maintain the professional appearance of the Front Desk with a focus on hospitality and Guest service

    Driver (Spy Police)

    A Driver provides a transportation service to Guests, team members and visitors as requested, where safety, cleanliness, and superior customer service are always priorities.

    What will I be doing?

    As a Driver, you will provide a transportation service to Guests, team members and visitors as requested, where safety, cleanliness, and superior customer service are always included. A Driver contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

    • Welcome Guests on arrival and assist with their luggage
    • Maintain frequent contact with regular Guests and visitors
    • Provide a driving service to Guests, as required
    • Maintain clean and safe hotel vehicles
    • Stay current on all hotel services as well as VIP requirements and special events
    • Demonstrate a current knowledge of external locations, attractions and landmarks in the vicinity.
    • Comply with all hotel security, fire regulations and Health and Safety legislation
    • Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service

    What are we looking for?

    Drivers serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

    • A minimum of 2 years of previous experience working as a driver, preferably in the hotel, leisure or retail sector
    • Impeccable personal presentation with good communication skills
    • Calm, courteous and discreet
    • Possession of a clean driving license/record
